The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

I wanted to write a long and comprehensive post about this, but honestly, I don't know anything. I'll just leave this idea there, then:

Do you think the secular world is trying to replace Christian virtues with shambling abominations that look like the actual virtues? For example, Alfie Evans(Yes, I realize, there goes that name again. Pardon my usage of recent events but I feel like it would be a welcome example in this case, to give people a rough idea of what I wanted to convey) had to die because he was taking up taxpayer money. But ask anyone, and they'll tell you that taxpayer money is a charitable idea used to help the poor.

People want a illusion of charity while not actually being charitable.

There are other virtues that are simply replaced, created or removed though. To hell if "Lust" is considered bad nowadays.

Absolutely, this is a common theme throughout the Bible where Satan tries to supplant the things of God with his own abominable ways. This is why the prophet Isaiah warned: Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20 KJV). That is why Jesus Christ calls us to be salt and light of the world, and to be wise as serpents but innocent as doves when we deal with the world.

Yes, it's happening ever since secular humanist ideals started to replace Christianity during the enlightenment.

There is a saying "Satan is the monkey of God" what does a monkey do? It imitates humans in a grotesque way.

Satan always try to do his mockery of what is holy. He will even send a false Christ during the last days.
