الحقيقة أن تلك الحبوب زادت أزمة الرجال، بسبب الجهل أحيانا وبسبب الثقافة المختلة غالبا، تتجاهل نسبة كبيرة من الرجال حقائق بدائية.

الجنس بين الثدييات يمر بثلاث مراحل: الاشتعال، ثم الممارسة، ثم لحظة اللذة..

الجهل والثقافة المختلة جعلت الكثيرين يحصرون الجنس في عضو منتصب بفضل بلبعة حباية في الخفاء..

يجهل المدعون الفحولة أن الجنس حالة مزاجية تبدأ من المخ مرورا بالغدد وصولا للإفرازات المهيئة..

Well, there isn’t anything “wrong” with it per se, but training legs won’t increase your testosterone levels. The increase is temporary and doesn’t affect your body’s endocrine system in its homeostasis post workout. Maybe if you’re on a good diet, a good workout plan, etc. then yeah, sure, your testosterone would be a bit higher than the average man, even if you don’t do squats at all. The sunlight exposure advice is solid. However, we’re in the desert, so pretty much anyone is guaranteed to get at least 10 minutes of sun exposure a day, which is more than enough.

I’m sure your intentions are good, I just think OP’s problem is a bit deeper than that.

- بطلت Video games ومباتش تهمني اوي وبلعب كل فين ولا فين

- No More Mr. Nice Guy كتاب غير حياتي للافضل وليه تاثير ايجابي في كل حاجه دلوقتي بعملها

- بتعلم لغة تالته اهو وقربت اكسر الـ B1 فيها

كل سنه وانا طيب على الانجازات دي

سنه جديده من عمري Clean فيها

و Almost perfect.

ازدواجية المعايير لدى الاخوان .

انا لاحظت ان الجماعه بت الوسخه ديه عندها نفاق قذر ومش انا بس ده اغلب الناس لاحظت

لما تبص علي التظاهرات في تركيا و التعليقات علي اليوتيوب و التواصل الاجتماعلي هتفهمو انا قصدي ايه

مظاهرات مليونيه ضد قردوغان = مؤامرة من دول الخارج لزعزعه استقرار تركيا

50 واحد خول في شوارع مصر =الشعب كله اتظاهر والسيسي الوحش لسه قاعد

و الكلام ده مش من جماعه الاخوان بس هتلاحظه ده من قنواتهم الاعلاميه بردك .قارن بين تغطيه مظاهرات تركيا و الدول العربيه

اسرائيل دخلت جنوب سوريا و احتلت اراضي سوريا والجولاني ساكت

الاخوان:امال انتا فاكر ايه؟ فيه حد هيتجراء علي اسرائيل الي مدعومه من امريكا و حلف الناتو؟

اسرائيل دخلت غزه (اراضي غير مصريه) بعد ما الحمير اعلنو الحرب علي اسرائيل ب7 اكتوبر
