ايوة حرام للآيات الواردة في القرآن والي بتفسرها السنة الشريفة

روى مسلم بإسناد متصل لأبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال:

سَمِعْتُ رَسولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ بالمَدِينَةِ، قالَ: يا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، إنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يُعَرِّضُ بالخَمْرِ، وَلَعَلَّ اللَّهَ سَيُنْزِلُ فِيهَا أَمْرًا، فمَن كانَ عِنْدَهُ منها شَيءٌ، فَلْيَبِعْهُ، وَلْيَنْتَفِعْ به، قالَ: فَما لَبِثْنَا إلَّا يَسِيرًا حتَّى قالَ النَّبيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلَّمَ: إنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى حَرَّمَ الخَمْرَ، فمَن أَدْرَكَتْهُ هذِه الآيَةُ وَعِنْدَهُ منها شَيءٌ، فلا يَشْرَبْ، وَلَا يَبِعْ. قالَ: فَاسْتَقْبَلَ النَّاسُ بما كانَ عِنْدَهُ منها في طَرِيقِ المَدِينَةِ فَسَفَكُوهَا

جدعان انا مدمن حشيش من ونا عندي 16 سنة

حياتي مفشوخة وخصوصا ان عيلتي dysfunctional عالاخر

حاولت اكتر من مرة ابطل اكبر فترة كانت 4 شهور بس دايما ببص في ناحية ان حياتي خلاص اتفشخت اتخزوقت في الثانوية ودخلت كلية تجارة زي بقيت الشعب مع ان دماغي نضيفة وكان نفسي اخش هندسة

دلوقتي حاسس بفراغ ابن متناكة كاني مجرد ذرة غبار طايرة في الهواء وسط الناس التايهين التانيين

حاسس برضوا اني حتي لو طلعت من اللي انا فيه عمري ما هبقا اللي كان ممكن ابقاه لو مكنتش فشخت نفسي بالشكل دا

مشعارف اللي انا فيه دا كله فدماغي بس انا 21 سنة لسة في اول سنة جامعة وحاسس اني دمرت مستقبلي

المشكلة الاوسخ اني اتعودت علي اللي انا فيه وبقيت متقبل الحياة الشرموطة اللي انا عايشها واتخليت عن كل طموع كان عندي

بقيت حاسس اني لو نجحت حتي هيتبص عليا نظرة شفقة زي بص الواد الفاشل نجح في حاجة اخيرا

معدتش حتي بفخر بنفسي لاني عارف فشلي كويس

حد عارف طريقة ازاي يساعد بيها نفسه؟ اي نصايح في اي حاجة مريت بيها شاركونا بيها ياخواتي

ونا نصيحتي ليكم لما يتقالك الناس كلها وسخة مش معناها انك تكره كل الناس بس تقدر اللي يستاهل كويس جدا عشان مش بيتعوضوا تاني,انا في ال5 سنين ادمان دول كان فيه ناس كويسة جدا في حياتي بس انا اتجنبتهم وخلتني مع عيلتي الغير سوية نفسيا وازداد بيا الحال سوء

ده اللي هتحس بيه عموماً لو فضلت على حالك لحد ما توصل اواخر عشريناتك

كسم نظرة اي حد ليك في الحياة، ودي قاعدة تمشي بيها عمرك كله عامةً، سواءً كانت بشفقة أو بفخر أو غيره.

أول خطوة لازم تعملها انك تبطل حشيش بأي شكل ممكن انشالله حتى لو هتروح اجتماعات المدمنين المجهولين

تاني خطوة تحط في دماغك ان الجامعة اللي انت فيها ولا كأنها هارڤرد ولازم تتخرج منها وتذاكر وتجيب تقدير وماتشيلش ولا مادة، واتعرف على دواير كتير فيها ناس ذكية ودماغها نضيفة وطموحة حتى لو هتحس نفسك اقل منهم عشان فعلاً دول اللي هيساعدوك وهيبقوا معارفك اللي ممكن يوصلوك لحاجة سواءً شغل او سفر او مصلحة او غيره. لما تبدأ في فكرة انك تخرج الحشيش من دماغك وتبعد عن سكة اي حاجة بتودي الدماغ لازم تتعلم صنعة او اي حاجة تقدر تشتغل بيها، ودي بقا ترجعلك انت لازم تفكر وتدور وتشوف انت نفسك تحقق ايه.

اعمل جدول مكثف تذاكر فيه المنهج كله في كل المواد بعدد ساعات كافي في اليوم بريك نص ساعة كل 3--4 ساعات تشرب سيجارة ونسكافيه او قهوة اعمل جدول يلم اليوم كله 8-10 ساعات مذاكرة مش مشكلة هي سنة لو وقفتها على دماغك هتعديها

3 ساعات عربي اول وحدة مثلا وبريك ثم رياضة او ايا كان اعمل جدول منضبط

هتلم المنهج كله وهتعمل جدول جديد مراجعة هتختبر معلوماتك عن المنهج انك تجمع بنفسك كل اللي تعرفه عن الوحدة دي في المادة دي وتراجع اللي افتكرته وتشوف انت ناسي ايه المهم يبقى المنهج نفسه حاضر في دماغك دائما بدون اسئلة.

هتعمل بعدها جدول حل امتحانات وتحل امتحانات سابقة نزلها من موقع الثانوية المنتدى دا قديم وفيه ماتريال كويسة كنت بذاكر منه من اكتر من 10 سنين

هتلاقي فيه ملازم مدرسين بردو نزل الجديد منها وبص عليها وراجع معلوماتك منها شوف انت لامم كل المنهج ولا فيها افكار انت ماتعرفهاش

انا جبت 96% في 2011 وكنت بحشش وبسهر للصبح وبطبق مع نسوان على سرائر عديدة
