No problem, anon. The two fan-continuations for Archie Sonic is great but I really love that we're getting some closure on what was going to come for the official comic.

I really missed this storytelling, with actual story interwoven in the action. It feels as if IDW is only action in comparison. The dialogue is great too. Much more interesting! I don't remember if there were any hints as to how the story was supposed to play out in this issue, and I remember when ABT dumped this that I didn't quite grasp it, so it's great seeing how the writer managed to put everything together.

Now that this site's back after being down for 2/3 months thanks to some messed up spoiled sociopathic kids, I'd like to start it off by posting the 4th issue of Legacy (but you probably knew that).
Creator announced Tempest will be bogged down to mostly cameos after the Prelude Arch, so I'm a bit disappointed.

I read this comic about 12 years ago when I was a kid. I don't remember what it was called though so if anyone knows what the fuck I'm talking about please help.
It was made with sprites and the person who made it was probably around 15. He started the comic with writing "fork" instead of fuck. It was about sonic and friends living in a sprite house and doing random shit. It didn't really have a real story it was a bit random but there was progression as opposed to episodic where the the different arcs had no relation to each other. There was one 'gag' early on where sonic farts the alphabet. Later on he started adding more and more characters like all the different robot sonics. eventually he got bored with that and started adding some other random franchise sprites which I had no idea what they were about at the time. I think one was zelda though.
The comic is probably trash but I really liked it when I read it and would love to see it again if anyone knows what the fuck I'm talking about

Through the Star Post is a fan comic based mostly on Fleetway's Sonic the Comic, which has recently finished it's first issue.
It is done by one of the artists that has done art for Sonic The Comic Online since it's begginings.

The restored Archie issues got merged with the Sonic Volume 2 fan-comic that's coming out soon. My guess is that like Archie Sonic Online, it's gonna take a long while for everyone's schedules to line up so it can be done.

To summarize, Sonic Volume 2 was supposed to be a fan-made continuation of post-reboot Archie, but it was initially gonna skip the cancelled issues that was leaked in 2017. But the Archie restoration project happened & the two projects merged, so we're set to get the cancelled Archie issues restored & then the Sonic Volume 2 comic to pick up from there.

Short Summary:
Taking place some time after Archie Sonic Online #250 (in a "forked universe"), the Hog-Trinity switch places with their toddler counterparts from an AU where they're not only related, but also royalty.
Although seemingly an accident, it's hinted to be "intentional" [cue the echo]
The AU is every bit a Goldmine of OC Fanfic Autism as you can get (in an ironic intentional way).
Even with only about 3-4 issues in total, It's still a fantastic little fan series so far. Expecting the hi-jinks from both trios is a comedy goldmine (although it's already intended to be an adventure/drama).

I've got a real gold-mine for you today!
-Shock and Awe by "UnderwordCircle"
Taking place in Archie Light Mobius 3000 years into the future, the Silver from the "Other" Future Timeline (the one that was "the result" of stopping Mecha-Sally) is sent back by his Echidna Mentor Edmund for that same mission (except there's a lot of traitors this time). He undershoots a couple of decades, and it turns out Light Mobius is doomed anyway (even after Sonic seemingly killed his first kids, and 20 years of his life, to save the universe). So now he has to go back to the Second Robotnik War (along with a stowaway Naugus-possesed Evil Shadow) to save his future once and for all.
The First Comic is Finished, the Second is a WIP, and the other 18-19 Chapters are temporarily in Fanfic format (with covers already prepared). It has details and world-building unlike any other Sonic Fan-Comic I've ever read. It's a fantastic story, just read it:
https://www.deviantart.com/underworldcircle/gallery/63284525/shock-and-awe-issue-1
-Sonic and Korra by "zavraan"
A simple crossover story with great art, awesome action, and surprisingly good character dynamics. Now I love Avatar and Legend of Korra, but Korra (in my opinion) started pulling a slow subtle Game of Thrones on us in the last 2 Seasons. Her "controversial" ending with Asami felt more or less like forced Queer-bait to rake in the views (in my opinion). This is blacked out because people are probably going to think I'm a homophobe for this (welcome to 2020). The premise is simply Korra getting pulled from her world thanks to Eggman and the Emeralds, and Sonic comes across her looking for them. They lose their powers a bit later, so they have to learn to work together to get their powers back, and her back home. The good news here is that it's already finished (albeit, the author forgot to sort it so I have to rely on another user who did it already):
https://www.deviantart.com/liovethisgame/favourites/80375374/sonic-and-korra
-Halo on Fire by "NazoKG"
A fan-made continuation of Nazo Unleashed by "Chakra-X". Taking place 6 Months after his defeat, Eggman never found his ring like in the post-credits scene, so he goes back to life, and here it is revealed he's really named Enigma, and that he's one of the Chaos Gods. Shadic actually killed Pseudo (his other evil self AKA his split personality embodiment of Negative Chaos Energy) that day, and he's wanted for his crimes as Pseudo back in the Chaos Realm. Shadow and Knuckles find out he survived, and they force him (along with Sonic and Tails) to take them to the Realm due to understandable trust issues. It's still a WIP, but I love what he/she did so far:

>Sonic and Korra
Huh, that's a crossover I never really thought of. Tbh, I fell out of Korra by the time the series ended (even though I liked Season 1), but the romance was always a sticking point with me for the show, so I never had much of an issue with the ending although I can understand why some liked/disliked it
Makes me wonder what other crossovers people have done with the Sonic series.

P.S.
I just found out both of Movie Sonic's designs (and the movie idea) aren't as "original" as you think they are.
http://www.sonicverseteam.net/comics/archives_fan/sonicrevolution/index.html
The fan-comic's called Sonic Revolution, made by some French People (specifically Volti and his Vesoni Studio Team) in the early early year of 2003 (yep…).
It's something about Sonic being an Alien collecting "the Chaos Gems" to return to his planet. This version of Earth has other "Mobians", so he's about as strange-looking as Clark Kent. He apparently saves an Emo Any from killing herself. Dr. Robotnik has a Girlfriend/Assistant and Antoine is his partner in crime.
It blows my mind just how similar he looks to the Movie (and this pre-dates it by his own age).

I came across this years ago, and found it again by pure chance (it already ended in case you'll ask).
http://exterminatusnow.co.uk/
It's already branched out enough to be it's own unique thing, and some of the earlier issues might put you off slightly. It was made a decade ago by a bunch of Warhammer 40K Forum Junkies who quickly became good friends, and decided to do their own unique take on Mobius by combining it with Warhammer a bit.
A fair warning, all characters in this are unique, there's not so much as a Sonic Cameo since they planned for it to be as original as possible.

THIS.
http://www.emeraldcoastcomics.net/Sonic_Eggs/
Sonic eggs is Honestly the best parody I have seen of sonic. The concept follows the events of sonic x and sa2 were shadow appears after his death (without the autistic argument that sega give us). The plot was pretty interesting and the characterization is really good in comparison with other fan mades. The humor writes itself without beign edgy. AND THE ART IS REALLY GOOD, sometimes its like an official comic from archie. Its a lame the comic was droped but is worth your time, nothing else related to sonic made me laugh so much.
I always thought that a history about this franchise should not take itself very serious tho.
