Some stuff I have done for a long time, like reading, yoga, long walks, meditation, cooking… but a few years ago, I felt like I needed a "hobby" activity, so I've been teaching myself to knit. It's great when you want to do something that requires attention but not a lot of thinking, and it's good for you mentally and physically. Cheap to get started and tons of free resources online to help you learn.
