I’ve been skipping warm-ups and noticed my muscles feel tighter and sorer after workouts. What’s the best way to warm up properly before strength training or cardio? Any personal favorites?

I used to jump straight into workouts too, but since adding bodyweight movements like arm circles, lunges, and jumping jacks, my performance has improved. A good warm-up also helps with muscle activation, especially before strength training.

I start with dynamic stretches and bodyweight exercises, then ease into my routine. If you’re into calisthenics, a proper warm-up is even more important for flexibility and control. I found this calisthenics warm-up guide https://betterme.world/articles/calisthenics-warm-up/ super helpful for prepping my muscles before bodyweight training. It includes joint rotations, mobility drills, and light movement exercises to activate the right muscles.

Why in the actual fuck would you answer your own thread like you are someone else?
