how to watch videos on Kemono?

Might be swing and a miss, but around 07-26-23 there was a video ch0r3 th3r49y that was removed a day after upload.

1. google yt-dlp and download it from github

2. download ffmpeg as well

3. open cmd as admin, and navigate to the folder you have yt-dlp in

4. paste this into cmd:

"yt-dlp.exe https://player.vimeo.com/video/xxxxxxx referer http–s://www.patreon.com" (dont press enter yet)

5. find a video you want to download, and in the vimeo link, you should have a series of numbers in it, copy that, and replace the xxxxx part above with those numbers

6. let it download (it should download the video and then the audio separately) and merge the 2 parts and that's it.

it might seems complicated, but just save the patreon refer line you put in cmd in a notepad file or something, and then you just go to a video you like and download it

1. on windows, either search or run 'cmd' (command prompt'

2. now you need to navigate to the folder you have yt-dlp in,

- if it's your d drive (for example) type "D:", if it on c then skip this

- now you need to navigate to the actual folder, you need to repeat this until you reach the actual folder, so if it's on "d:userDownloadsyt dl" you need to type:

"cd user" > "cd downloads" > "cd yt-dlp"

this is an example so you will need to get to your own location

3. after you made it to the folder you wanted, paste the patreon command (and edit it to fit the video you wanted - so replace the xxxxx part with the number

4. press enter and let it run

So I cannot get the ytdlp method to work, or any method to download and watch these long term.

HOWEVER.

You can watch them, and this method will work for about an hour.

open command prompt as administrator

paste;

"curl referer https://www.patreon.com –o filename.html http–s://player.vimeo.com/video/xxxxxxx" but replace the xxxx's with the numbers on the link. if you can figure out a way to save these longer than an hour, please let me know.

both of these messages explain how to download the video.

for the command to paste into cmd, move the 2 to be behind referer, instead of between http–s.

"referer http–s://www.pa…" - this part should look like this instead of what was posted

the site keep switching the placement. just put the 2 – at the start of what i posted (and it needs to be w/o a space between referer and the dashes
