Just cal's curse.
If you want female version you have mistress calia or twistedelegance (empress elegance now) that have voiced cal's curse.
Twistedelegance has created another version without knowned removal.

Caia's LockedUpForever_Chastity-Curse is worse than her other curse file, in that it denies you the out of requesting permission.
There is also Bellmar's 乃卂爪乃丨-oriented Moist Mess, which only allows release under 乃卂爪乃丨 files that increase submission.
