O único motivo para mandar alguém emagrecer seria no caso da saúde estar em risco. Você pode até ter sobrepeso, mas está muito longe de um quadro de obesidade.

Não me sinto bem, mas não sou acomodada. Eu evito comer porcaria, Eu tomo 5 garrafas de água por dia o único porém é que eu parei esse ano de me exercitar e não consigo voltar, eu fico com medo de sair de casa eu sei que é escroto e ridiculo. Ano passado eu emagreci 5 quilos e por ter parado de me exercitar eu ganhei esses 5 quilos de volta. Recomendo terapia então, pelo que você diz, mesmo se emagrecesse e ficasse gostosa pra caralho ainda se sentiria mal. Não digo por mal nem nada, eu mesma precisei de terapia, era um patinho (muito) feio na adolescência e não conseguia mais me ver de outra forma.
