hey man, yeah just got off work. past couple of days have been wild. so, i think parasites in humans are far more apparent. i think most issues of the gut can be chalked up to excess serotonin/estrogen, and that anti-parasite protocols are unnecessary. basically, after cutting PUFA from my diet entirely, back tightness has subsided, I don't sunburn, and I literally never got sick at all this past winter. I would go to work in just my shorts, all winter which up in the Northeast here sucks ass, but I was running high doses of D3 concurrently with T3 and 650mg daily aspirin. T3 is gonna help balance the metabolic alignment of your body in short. IIRC either you are euphoric or you are basically dying. So, I sometimes eat shitty, then I get the shits, then I run a course of antibiotics, and I'm good to go. I have about 3 BMs a day, and I do not fart. Also, I had a motorcycle accident that threw me good, and I barely had a scratch on me. Conversely, Fedor the Wrestler has a low-PUFA diet and IIRC, he's never been choked out. In short, you need saturated fats, and that PUFA comparatively hijacks the preference in your body for lipid peroxidation. But it ends up as inferior building blocks, hence sunburn, cancer, stress, burnout, fatigue, alzheimer's, diabetes, etc. What I mean is, if your body isn't making enough T3, your body will preferentially oxidize lipids instead of sugar, and even a person with a low fat diet will end up with high LDL. This high LDL combined with the liver incinerating itself to produce glycogen will fuck with your insulin sensitivity. It's farcical to assume 'high sugar' is causing diabetes, when it is a symptom of high stress, and piss poor diet, and the fats basically obstructing your body's proper usage of sugar. In fact, PUFA is so deleterious that this obstruction will eventually lead to high blood sugar as it's basically trapping your body from using it. So, I am low thyroid, basically everyone is to some extent because of our environment. I really don't think parasites are a main concern, and they won't be if we focus on easily digestible foods. Furthermore, NMN is part of a group of compounds synthesized in the 50's to trigger longevity genes in mice. IIRC NMN basically adds more rotations in the Kreb Cycle literally 'giving' you more energy. If you think I'm bullshitting, actually try some. Creatine works similar but on the ADP/ATP structure of muscle fibers and not necessarily the mitochondria. It's honestly cool as fuck, and I will probably read up more on it. I'm not entirely sure what the compounds are that make this possible, haven't looked into it too much, I was just advised to by another Peater. It's more likely that xenoestrogens and PUFA and bacteria buildup and stress from work is causing great harm to our body primarily. I just tried a few muddled-fruit old fashions last night and they was very guuuud.

To make it, you have to muddle two cherries, a slice of orange and a slice of grapefruit together into a pulpy mixture in your glass. Then add ice, a couple splashes of old fashion bitter, simple syrup and the whiskey of your choice. Stir it up real well and let the pulp sink to the bottom of the glass again. I used 4oz of Canadian blended scotch with each glass. It was delicious and did get me buzzed before I had a nightcap.
