I notice it all depends where I travel or who I go to visit. Typically about a quarter of people I see are glued to their phones and most of them are kids or young to middle age adults. There are times when that is not the case and I've seen some kids interested in fishing or hiking too, they'll use their phones to take pics but they won't be glued to them. I think it really all depends where you live, where you like to travel and who you hang out with today.
