I think my plan(s) are a lot better. They include more incentives, that don't even cost US taxpayers, as well as incentives to stay in Mexico.

I see. Yeah it's a silly game, Bank of America once forced me to get a practice credit card before they gave me a real one. Thr deal.wss I put 1000 dollars on it and then spent it down. This could solve prisons as well. Simply give literally any prisoner the option to go to some African shithole. Pay said shithole 5 years cost of housing the prisoner and send him out with a bit of money so he doesn't just end up instantly in a slave market or something but thats that. I think it would be a fantastic way to run a country. Just deport the garbage as a way to SAVE money by paying less than their upkeep for some other country to take them. Knew a guy who was US Army 2nd Lt during Cold War. Part of their homework was to submit "A Plan", any plan, anything you want, impress us.
His plan was to ship entire population of 7(?) SF Bay Area Counties out to at least 100 miles in 24 hours mostly using RR cattle cars, and into mostly semi-protected locations in ravines and valleys.
Idea was during next Cuban Missile Crisis type event we'd show the Commies we were ready to rock if needed.
Said it was one of only a couple "Plans" that passed, because everyone else's Plans was shit like "Invade USSR and take Moscow" but when questioned they didn't have anything like the sort of FACTS needed and "you just got everyone killed".
Plus, the REAL Walter Mitty dream of US military is not glorious combat with near peer enemy, its "when we get put in charge" domestically and get to do the Miami Vice thing where for reasons they get to "appropriate" lots of posh stuff for official use and new "Military Housing", etc.
