I personally know a high school teacher that just retired last year. That won't change a fucking thing. You have to get government OUT of the school system completely. Kids just got more and more dumb, and extremely lazy. So over the last 8 to 9 years they gave teachers an ultimatum: pass the kids no matter their result, or you get fired and lose your pension! They don't say it like that, they just tell teachers if they don't pass 99% of students they get fired and they'll lose their pensions. So if you are a teacher and have a pension, you obviously take it very seriously, and you have to, to save your retirement security.

I think this requires a little more elucidation. Your brain has what's commonly referred to as a subconscious–not entirely accurate but close enough. That portion of your brain operates exponentially faster than your conscious.
