I take milk thistle and curcumin every day as a health supplement. Along with probiotics and vitamins. Cook my own meals too, just last night we had salmon cooked with a garlic butter sauce and broccoli cooked with butter and spice seasoning as a side dish. Very healthy and very good.

Also, back in the 1970s restaurants did not cook with toxic shit like canola oil or vegetable oil or even seed oils. They used butter and beef tallow. They also had higher quality fresh foods to cook with, less toxic chemicals and additives. So diabetes was rather uncommon and so was having cancer. I think this started to change back in the 1980s with the proliferation of cheaper mass produced foods being sold.

I'm going to continue supporting the local farmer markets and buying real food. I will also continue raising chickens for eggs and meat, and gardening. I love cooking my own meals and knowing I have good quality food stocked up.

Also COSTCO is a great place to buy wholesale organics to save money. Only go once a month because it's a longer commute to get to the suburbs from where I live, but as far as saving prices overtime and prepping your survival food pantry it is ideal. Always time stamp what you buy and rotate it, any non-canned foods should go into sealed totes to prevent bugs and rodents. Stack canned foods in date, newest bought in back and oldest up front to make rotation easier.

Food security should be a priority for all Americans today, there are communists working to destroy our food supply chain to weaken us, make us more controllable and dependent on government and fake foods inc.

Normies are easy to lie to and are susceptible to deceitful corporate advertising… despite that, normies are smart enough to understand our political establishment and government is corrupt as hell. Therefore if they become aware that corporations are poisoning them for profits while the governments allow it and use it as a type of population control most of the normies will start to pay attention and adopt better habits and avoid being poisoned (if they can afford to). The ones that know and still don't care are helpless, either they are too lazy or cannot afford changing habits or perhaps some think it's way too late to save themselves since they are already old. I have come across many types of normies before. Some change their habits and become more responsible and think for themselves, others seem too lazy or defeated to do anything and keep indulging in poison until they get cancer. Very similar to how some alcoholics who know how bad alcohol really is yet choose to do it anyway till they end up with diabetes and liver cirrhosis.
