Do you really think this will benefit people of USA?

The FDA plans to use AI to "radically increase efficiency" in deciding whether to approve new drugs and devices, drawing on lessons from Operation Warp Speed to reduce review times to two weeks, down from several months.

Another initiative involves a review of chemicals and other "concerning ingredients" that appear in U.S. food but not in the food of other developed nations. And officials want to speed up the final stages of making a drug or medical device approval decision to mere weeks, citing the success of Operation Warp Speed during the Covid pandemic when workers raced to curb a spiraling death count.

Last week, the agency introduced Elsa, an artificial intelligence large-language model similar to ChatGPT.

>The FDA said LLM could be used to prioritize which food or drug facilities to inspect,

to describe side effects in drug safety summaries and to perform other basic product-review tasks. The FDA officials wrote that A.I. held the promise to "radically increase efficiency" in examining as many as 500,000 pages submitted for approval decisions.

I've always told my friends that AI will inevitably approach the medical field, and while one can argue for its efficiency I will never let a computer make health decisions for me. Covid was a gross over-reaching of power and all of the people who attempted in any capacity to force that poison on the public should be hanged. Since they reference the covid "vaccine", I speculate these people think that insulating the future decisions they make (to bring about population control) with the notion that "a highly intelligent and definitely not jew owned AI made the 'best' decision my goy I mean my guy" might beguile the non-npcs.

It's kind of amazing to see the kinds of mistakes AI will make about far simpler things, such as text analysis and search result parsing/aggregation, and think that someone out there has it in their head "yes but what if it told you what drugs to take? What if it could diagnose you? what if it could cut you open and "fix" your insides?" Imagine the bugs an "autodoc" might have. What if the system gets compromised?

The horror…

Why are people so fucking enamored with removing the human element? These processes should never ever be trusted to anything other than a human. How can anyone believe a machine to understand in full depth the sanctity of the human body?

I ask the question, but I suppose I already know the answer.

As a side note using profanity in a jewgle query stops the ai nonsense from generating. It also works for query arguements e.g. "The greatest story never told -fuck"

The problem with the FDA is the legislators and corrupt Pharmaceutical cartels that own the food conglomerates–it has never ever been the science. We have probably half a dozen cures for cancer right now and the major health issues in every first world nation are caused by diet.

When the mantra of the medical industry is "a patient cured is a customer lost" all research will be directed at treatments never cures–it doesn't matter if a robot or a development team is doing the research.

We don't have AI we have machine learning. That does what every other system of it's type always does: Garbage in garbage out.

AI is a HARDWARE PROBLEM. We will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever have AI on the junction based silicon systems prevelant today.
