Szilveszter Busch: The former ambassador to Thailand was dismissed in 2021 for attending “sex parties,” deemed incompatible with his position.
The “Édenkert” Pedophile Forum and Angéla Füsi
In 2017, the Hungarian pedophile forum “Édenkert” was hacked and its contents were given to Pesti Srácok. Journalist Angéla Füsi only began writing a series on it in 2020, after the Kaletta scandal broke, seemingly to divert attention from that case. The series was discontinued after the second part.
The Case of Krisztina Dobos and András Egyed
In February 2023, antifascists attacked several people in Budapest. Krisztina Dobos, an activist with the Szikra Movement, was detained. Her partner, András Egyed, had 70,000 child pornographic images and videos on his computer. After being summoned by the police, Egyed committed suicide. Austrian media revealed that some footage was recorded in Dobos’s apartment, yet Hungarian police did not consider this important enough to share with the public. The amount of material raises questions (suggesting possible child trafficking), the origin of the children in the videos, and the circumstances surrounding the suicide.
The Bicske Orphanage and Presidential Pardon Scandal
Katalin Novák’s Pardon: In April 2023, it was revealed that President Katalin Novák had granted clemency to Endre Kónya, deputy director of the Bicske orphanage, who had tried to cover up the sexual abuse committed by director János Vásárhelyi. Vásárhelyi, who molested at least 10 boys, was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2018. In August 2016, he had received the Hungarian Bronze Cross of Merit upon Orbán Viktor’s recommendation. The leniency of his sentence was later attributed to this award. Political Fallout: President Novák and Justice Minister Judit Varga both resigned over the case.
Béla Kunstár’s Case: Kunstár, a former educator at the orphanage and a secondary defendant, received a light sentence of 1.5 years suspended. According to Átlátszó.hu, Kunstár had ties to multiple companies, some of which ended up in Lőrinc Mészáros’s business group. In 2018, he posed with a Lamborghini on Facebook, raising questions about the source of his income.
Blackmail and Intelligence Ties
Zsolt Semjén and György Schadl: Leaked documents from the Völner-Schadl case, revealed by MP Ákos Hadházy, suggested Schadl and an associate, R. Róbert, attempted to blackmail government officials. Next to Deputy PM Zsolt Semjén’s name it allegedly stated: “several videos of oral sex with Roma boys at a hunting lodge.” The author questions why criminals would have such material unless it were real—and why Semjén didn’t sue Hadházy if it were false. Previous References: The Youtuber recalls a 2006 article by Matula Magazin (precursor to 444), which described sex parties involving SZDSZ leaders. It also claimed that both Deutsch and Semjén attended such parties in the 1990s.
Intelligence Network: Based on information from Péter Magyar and László Toroczkai, Schadl’s parents worked for the Constitution Protection Office, and that Schadl obtained blackmail material through these intelligence ties.
Government Control: The blackmailability of Hungarian leaders suggests that the country is not run by Viktor Orbán’s government, but by a clique within the intelligence services that uses compromising material to control politicians. It is hypothesized that individuals who are easily blackmailed are intentionally placed in high positions, explaining lenient sentences and cover-ups.
