even when signing at the bank presured by time and lied to by the banker you will read it calmly at home and come back in fury without appointement the followind day, and it will be cancelled.
Nearly all the engagements i made to banks or compagnies ended up as them screwing me THE EXACT WAY WE MUTUALLY AGREED
When a compagny screwed me in an unattended way, i put much effort and hate into resolving it.
The time i housed, lended money and even worked for a "friend" and he left with a thousand of debt… it was unexpected….and what solutions do i had, except finding his new adress and doing evil shit ?

Conflict with real persons directly put you on dark areas if you want to resolve them, unless you agreed on a very precise contract…
conflicts with compagnies are nightmarish but only involves paper and voice…
