I will never eat bugs, I will continue consuming meat and veggies no matter what happens. Life is not worth living having to starve or eat utter shit because of a bunch of evil genocidal maniacs!
I do hope scientists around the world will find a cure for this weaponized alpha-gal food allergy, I expect if it continues to become a significant problem there will be smart individuals who do find cures and treatments. If I ever do end up getting it, I'll be finding ways I can mitigate the symptoms and helping with this righteous endevour.
