Consider also how most kikejew expulsions in history were not nation wide, but city-state or province wide, the uprising against jewish corruption were most of the times local in the immediate vicinity of the jews getting the boot.

The examples where jews were expelled from an entire nation (by current standards) are very rare, like the expulsion of the jews from spain before the discovery of america, or like the expulsion of jews from england.

All the other expulsions were on much smaller scale, and that's where it's easier to make it happen.

Just to further say how relying on a nation or government to deal with the jews is probably an unwise choice, especially when there are no longer kings with a strong faith to rule said nations.
