Once China and Russia help industrialize Africa and Africa becomes wealthy with a growing Middle Class (yes this will inevitably happen outside another horrid world war scenario), they'll likely remain in their own countries and it will be Europeans who end up broke and third world because of their treasonous bad leadership.
