A Prince, whose Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People. Likewise, a Republic that abuses it's governance privileges commits itself to the mantle of a Tyrant; thus it is the duty of a free people to overthrow the Republic righteously and lawfully.
When the Republic fails to act in accordance to its mandate and starts selfishly mailing jobs abroad; printing paper as its fiscal policy, spying on its citizens and cracking down on dissent; it is the right of the people to uphold their God given rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by any means necessary. Should the Republic fail to uphold the Mandate of Law, the people may wield the sword of law to protect the law of God under Athena's matronage.
When the people feel their life and liberty is being sold abroad; they will seek a man embodying virtu, auctoritas and fidelibus to take up the sword of law against the beast of managerial decline. When the stars align and the stripes cross, the populus combine is Aut Caesar Aut Nihil.
