Why is it so hard for evil individuals to see themselves as they truly are? If they do recognize their flaws, why do they continue to engage in harmful behavior? Those who act with malice often seem irrational, to the point of self-destruction. Why can't they understand the consequences of their actions? I struggle to make sense of people who embody such negativity. If I lived in a perfect world, I would find it hard to believe that such individuals exist, as their behavior is often contradictory and self-destructive. It feels almost nonsensical. I’m not sure how to articulate this fully, but I hope you understand what I mean. they can be truly incomprehensible. The best way I can make sense of them is to consider them as lacking insight, to consider them a type of retard in other words. Not everyone who struggles with understanding is evil, but those who engage in harmful behavior often seem to lack wisdom. In a metaphysical sense, their minds perceive others as enemies for no valid reason. evil people are metaphysically-disabled or metaphysically-blind.
Don't they realize that their actions are destructive? When they behave this way, they contribute to a more chaotic world, even for themselves, since they share the same environment as those they label as "enemies." Their behavior can be quite primal, reflecting a lack of understanding akin to that of animals. Psychopaths and narcissists are animals in human form. they look like you, talk like you but their minds are the same that of lizards and reptiles.

The correct way to deal with individuals you've identified as "evil" is tit-for-tat, or the mirror principle.
Every time they take an action against you, you take a proportionate action against them.
Every time they make amends or something beneficial to you, you make sure to return the favor and do something neighborly for them.
Empirical research shows that this tit-for-tat leads to the optimal balance (it avoids all-out, unrestrained slaughter, while at the same time disallowing parasitic behaviors to go unchecked).
Tit-for-tat is the correct response to everything.

I'm a "nerdy", non-intimidating guy who has been able to organize groups of guys to do "gang-shit" numerous times in different cities in the South.
Men are rational– offer them a good trade, make it a good bargain for them to be part of your organization.
Interpersonal conflict is easy to avoid within your organization if you follow 2 basic rules:
1) No females can participate in any form.
2) Members must maintain sobriety.
This avoids 99% of conflicts (the 1% is due to the type that you don't want in your organization).

I'm familiar with the phenomenon of gangstalking. Guys like Zeph Daniel have documented it extensively, and yea, it tends to happen in Kosher areas (Los Angeles being a prime example).
Move to a "less kosher" state (Wyoming, South Dakota, Oklahoma would be my recommendations. Avoid Colorado).
You need to build psychological resilience if you are the subject of a gangstalking campaign.
I recommend taking Ashwagandha, maybe twice the recommended daily dose. This will cap your anxiety levels and allow you to operate logically even when frequent stressful situations are occurring, and allows you to suppress the fight-or-flight response.
The end goal of gangstalking is to convince you to commit suicide. Ashwagandha helps prevent this, and it's also cheap and no prescription required.
Clearly, don't talk about what you know with anyone in your town. You might want to take some trips to other cities and try to set up social contacts there (maybe through a low-intensity hobby meetup, like Poker or bowling or something).
It's a lot of traveling, but it's important to stay mobile and not get tied down to a predictable geography and a predictable schedule.

I don't want to dox my self, so I can't provide too much information about myself.
I have a low ranking passport, and the country I'm in isn't too safe. so you see, I can't just pack and go. I need visa approval to go anywhere that's not a complete craphole.

Then my best advice to you is: immediately start forming a gang.
Not just for physical protection, but also for legal protection.
Your gang members can act as friendly witnesses if a big problem ever occurs.
You can look out for each others' properties, to prevent theft.
Also, you can learn valuable things through your comrades (like how to use makeshift weapons (hammers, knives) in combat, how to clean up a crime/murder scene to minimize evidence etc).

It's worth it to read first-hand testimonies from people who have had to endure living with certifiable narcissists for many years. Those situations often end in multiple homicides (because one cannot reason with a narcissist, they believe themselves to be all-knowing).

"Gang Stalking" kinda sounds like it could be fun, in a way.
Me? I like "the great outdoors", and had some fun shooting random birds and rodents with BB gun or slingshot, or at least TRYING to shoot them, but sitting in an uncomfortable perch or tree-stand for hours, or days, in bad weather (hot or cold) HOPING for Bambie to wander by just doesn't appeal (though I've never done that gig).
Likewise, I just don't get normal "cast a line and wait, and hope" fishing.
I could see how Gang Stalking could be an enjoyable hobby for many people, especially City Slicker types. Playing secret agent, and part of the game is that you have to stalk the Subject, but can't know why they are the Subject, and you have fellow Secret Agents, but also can't know anything about them outside The Mission.
Like "speed dating" or that "first day of class" or mass transit commute(if its a nice area). There is always that possibility of bumping into attractive people to chat up in an "I'm not some hard up hitting on you" basis.

Private Security (rent-a-cop) can be kinda at least entertaining, and often related to Gang Stalking. It can be Stake Out where you are likely spending days waiting for some Perp to pull some shit, but to me its more engaging being an Ambush Predator of human prey that waiting for Bambie to wander by looking for better leaves to munch. Or you are part of an ad hoc "team" communicating with each other at some event, eyeballing and IDing likely problematic persons, with the feeling that you are on them, but they don't know you and your team is on to them. If it turns out you guessed wrong, and it was someone else who became the problem, no biggie, par for the course.
