This is achievable through both the non-selective induction of sickness in the general population (indiscriminately in all vaccines administered using something similar to an AIDS-like immunological poison that would accelerate aging and universally break down each victim's immune system yet per individual biology sicken each in an apparently randomized way) and through the selective reduction of fertility (employing a specific fertility suppressant such as human chorionic gonadotropin in the vaccines administered to women for example, which would cause their bodies to become allergic to a key embryonic hormone without which a human fetus cannot be formed; remember that the judeo-satanic UN has already been lacing vaccines administered to African women with human chorionic gonadotropin for decades). Slyly killing off as many as possible while simultaneously bringing fertility down seems like a sound strategy to me; however expecting everyone all at once to drop to the floor and die is irrational and ultimately insulting to the practiced plotting intelligence of the murderous wealthy jews behind this crime. They are a patient plotting cult, and everywhere in their talmud you may read how vehemently their "sages" advise them to weaken and kill goyim wherever this can be done discreetly. Interpreting Judaism as a longstanding cult-system whose singular purpose is the thinning of the number of living goyim is a sound interpretation.
