For me personally, if I were to have to choose my last meal I would have a medium cooked sirloin steak grilled with rub on both ends and topped with a butter garlic sauce. For a side dish, salted fried okra and shrimp also glazed with a garlic butter sauce. For desert a slice of New York style cheesecake, with a glass of premium 18 year aged single malt scotch whiskey on the rocks.
