Ian Cranston was on a night out with his fiance Allison Butler and friend Tyler Smith. They were at a nightclub and stepped out for a smoke break. That is when Barry Washington Jr approached his fiance and started hitting on her. She told him she wasnt interested but he didnt take no for an answer. Cranston told the nigger to fuck off and thats when Washington puffed his chest and started throwing up gang signs. Cranston said he didnt give a fuck about his gang and to get the fuck away from them, and thats when Washington Jr assaulted Cranston by punching him twice in the face. After being knocked down from the assault, Cranston got up and saw Washington assault his friend Smith. Cranston drew his firearm and fired at center mass. After shooting the nigger, he started applying pressure to the wounds, saying in court that he didnt want Washington to die and didnt intend to kill him. After the trial, Judge Beth Bagley sentenced Ian Cranston to ten years in prison and three years of parole for first degree manslaughter, second degree manslaughter, first degree assault and two counts of unlawful use of a deadly weapon. The mother of Washington Jr said he dindu nuffin and was a good boy, and that Cranston deserved life in prison for exterminating the nigger.
Judge Beth Bagley has been accused of ethics violations and other improper handling of cases related to her duty as a judge.
In 2019 she was accused of failing to disclose a personal relationship and recuse herself in two separate filings, one a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Eugene and the other a complaint before the Oregon Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability.
“Bagley should be censured, sanctioned and removed from office,” reads the judicial fitness complaint filed by an attorney for Sisters resident Niklas Goertzen.
In 2024 an outside judge was assigned to one of Beth Bagley's lawsuits involving a soccer club citing improper communications from her personal email account with the lawsuit’s defendant and former Timbers executive director, Tara Bilanski.
Court filings detailed a string of communications from Bilanski that began with an email in which Bilanski and “her allies discuss a plan to leverage their relationship with Judge Beth Bagley to obtain an unjustified advantage in potential litigation against Bend FC,” the filing said.
Bagley wrote in a Nov. 10, 2021, email to Bilanski: “So I am reaching out to you to let you know that your friends, family, players and their families support you and nothing about this garbage lawsuit will change that.”
This is a great example of why women should not be in leadership roles let alone judges. In my opinion, corrupt judges should be sentenced to death for perverting the justice system. Beth Bagley should be investigated for violating her sworn oath of office.
