Remove the federal reserves ability to steal from corporations before they even get the debt based money and you effectively cut the head off the snake. Without the corps being robbed by the fed then there is never a need to offshore to maximize profits. Also without a central fiction bank like the fed, your enforcement of the former united states 1999 borders is possible as well as enforcement of antitrust.
