Regarding the Greenland US conflict, the main cause of all this fuss is the existence of a rocky shape resembling a lenticular saucer. Some conspiracy theorists from inside the agencies and military do think it is a space vehicle due to the shape it took after being examined (we let them think that for what it matters), as well as the extraterrestrial materials that make it up which doesn't belong to earth, some of which were secretly extracted (somehow data got leaked for the other adversaries). But it is basically a meteorite or dwarf asteroid that collided with Earth 50000 years ago, and led to a change in the Earth's structure, consider like the first meteorite that caused the extinction of the dinosaurs (dinosaurs do not exist in the form that is being shown to you). That huge rock currently contains some minerals unknown in periodic table. The minerals extracted in early 1930 were used to produce the energy that allows human made flying saucers, which were built from the same materials, to fly and move the way witnesses around the world have seen (yes, they are made by humans).
