What they have in common is that they are both non-white and have genetic defects. You have to have extremely rare criminal genes to join a gang. School Resource Officers are the most useless cops along with and campus police. Nothing reasonable justifies their existence. Somehow school cops arrest more kids than the adults campus police do because 100% of campus cops are liberal. School shootings are extremely rare. It's just as rare as a kid being murdered in school.
