While I have no firsthand experience, I know that the 'teeth falling out dream' is one of the most universal, crossing language and cultural boundaries freely.

It seems to be about anxiety that you can't provide [a pony] for yourself as you can't eat, and have bitten off more than you can chew, to coin a phrase.

Here's to hoping your tooth [pony] anxiety is alleviated in your waking world. Know at least, that you are not alone in these struggles.
