Those sites are clearly illegal and very unsafe. No intelligent person would visit it. You can access plenty of porn on the clear web, relatively safely. It makes no sense why anyone would visit those sketchy sites......the chances of someone getting arrested on those dark sites is very high, so I don't understand why anyone would go there.
