To have raids you first need a cohesive group of people online, also called community.
All communities online have been dead for over a decade, the communities have been killed, they didn't die by themselves. (((some people))) did fear, and still fear, real online communities to turn against (((them))), so (((those))) people poisoned all online communities, with shills, with bots, with spam, with gore, with shit, until it became almost impossible for two real persons to interact directly. Without human to human communication there can't be any community forming and functioning.
Any "community" you see today are all empty shells brigaded by shills and armies of bots who create fake engagement, the few real humans in there just follow the bots and algorithms, and never really talk with other real humans.
No communities, no raids. That's how things are right now.
