I heard this person claim he was downloading/viewing real cp, since 2010, and hasn't been caught yet......that doesn't sound believable. How can someone download/access something so incredibly illegal for over 15 years and not get caught yet? I think most people get caught/arrested within 5 years of viewing this sort of content.

It's possible because wolves are geniuses. They have enough confidence to know they are able to do it secretively, low anxiety of getting caught and don't care about what others would think and lack social attunement.
They probably use apps like Signal and never attract attention. They privately share the files, avoid clouds or central servers and make sure there is no trace of the files (using sites where they can share files P2P that immediately delete the files once someone downloads them) and use no-log VPNs. They use privacy focused browsers.

I don't think it is possible "safely" access real cp content......the moment you access such stuff you will probably get arrested sooner or later.....this is not normal porn they are accessing.....this is the super illegal porn they are accessing which is impossible to "safely" access....
