Sometimes I find myself thinking about suicide, but I quickly dismiss the idea as soon as I realize that some people I know might laugh in my face if I did that, not to mention a wave of mockery about how I’d have wasted my life like an idiot who doesn’t have any real problems, even though I feel like I have problems they know nothing about.

Not speaking much, bad face genes, standing out visually, poor, lack of left wing thinking, lack of manipulation skills it's impossible to express yourself freely because everything goes through a social filter. You have to alter your speech to fit what they want so they put you on top of their priority list, they have to be interested in you. Are you going to a bar right now? No, because you don't want to. You are not interested in it currently. It's the same with people. Nothing happens for no reason. Circular reasoning is still reasoning. Everything operates on a cause and effect. For them to be interested in you, you have to find the key to their lock. The perfect combination of actions, no poker face, affective empathy, high anxiety in social situations. These will doom you for life. To prevent yourself from being depressed, you have to focus on only yourself. This is difficult to do in all situations. Anything that's possible goes. Friendships and relationships are services. They can be terminated at anytime if you violate their TOS. You have to do your best to maintain them. Yes, you can possibly find other people like you but those are called useless friendships if they don't help you climb up your long term goal.
