This one is kind of weird, it's some guy's house/skybox below his abandoned club. He changed it recently but before there was a literally tomb next to his house that was devoted to the one time a girl talked to him. Now his house has been replaced by a skybox and you have to cam down to it and sit on something to reach it. It's kinda a hassle but it's still worth it as the tomb has been redone into a single corner of the skybox.
I personally find the entire place funny because it was made in reaction to enforcing no lewd rules in an early incarnation of the /vg/ group. I'm not posting pictures either because this is the sort of place that has to be seen in game rather than through screenshots.
