You now remember that time Worf helped an anti-degeneracy group shut down the weather control on Risa and literally nothing happened to him.

It's only a handful of shows, you can do it. Just don't watch anything after Enterprise.

Fire up Wrath of Khan, Search for Spock, Voyage Home and The Voyage Home. Also all the shows are on demand for free on Pluto. Watch TOS after the movies. This thread isn't going anywhere in the next half decade.

What are the difference between the different shows? Like are they approximately the same story but with different characters?

Going to be honest, other than the episode where the Dax worm was stolen, and the one where Dax finds out about the serial killer host, the Dax episodes drag that show down almost as much as the mirror universe ones. Would be a perfect show if they figured out what to do with that character other than being a Klingon Weeb.

Nice get.
Anyway, it's an adventure of the week show, except the last season of DS9 and the multi-part episodes. Think Tales of Wells Fargo in space. TOS and TNG basically follow the same formula. DS9 is a bit different in that they aren't going planet to planet in most episodes, so plot points linger more. Great if you're going to binge the show, terrible if you're a boomer and you were trying to keep up with it in syndication.

TOS: Chad fucks all of time and space with no fucks given
TNG: The Love Boat in Space
DS9: Grimdark war against space kikes
VOY: Woman ruins everything repeatedly but she still wins
ENT: Faith of the Heart
There is no more Trek after that.

Thanks bros. I'll admit to never really being into sci-fi but i'll give it a crack. Like if I think about the fandom Star Trek has, it has to be good.

There really is something in it for everyone. Just try to keep in mind that, especially in TNG and beyond it sometimes took a few seasons to get going good and there are highs and lows throughout.

Everyone bitches about season 3 of TOS, but it has some of my favorite episodes, like Tholian Web and the one where they find the civilization going back in time to escape from their sun exploding. Both are great Spock/Mccoy episodes.
>>2122234
It's pretty easy to get into, but TOS Season 1 starts out with some the most esoteric Twilight Zone-like episodes (which are some of my favorite now), but I'll admit, they used to filter me. Watch the motion pictures first, specifically 2, 3, 4, and 6, then go back and watch the show.
