We have until 2026 to shore up elections and secure more downballot seats. Everybody knows Captain Keshel by now, so I propose we use his statistics to identify "anomalies" and do what we can on a case by case basis.

>This post will serve as a landing page for all 2024 Election reviews. The purpose of this capstone project is not to assess my predictions, which I correctly pegged in all 56 electoral contests at a 312-226 Trump margin, but rather to discern all relevant electoral trends now that three elections with Donald Trump on the ballot are in the books. This research will provide insight as to potential areas of widespread election manipulation and also identify voter trends that are likely to continue amidst this ongoing realignment.

Here's the 2020 map. These results are being juxtaposed against the 2024 election results. The discrepancies will stick out more in 2024 because the Dem's base was unmotivated, their candidate was somehow less likeable, and they didn't have Covid to cover their mail in fraud. If Joe Biden was allegedly more popular than Hussein Obama, then for Kamala to gain in 2024 we would have to believe she was more electable than Renegade.

>The data from the three Trump elections is extremely valuable in that it allows me to see the impact of the 2020 Democrat high point, the recession in Democrat votes in 2024, and the relationship to their vote totals in various counties in the 2016 race. Pieced together, it presents an extremely valuable collage of data.

>This portion of the 2024 Election Compendium focuses on four solid red states in the deep south – Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina. They are assessed first to provide a deep contrast to the coming review of Georgia.

>Election integrity activists in these states don’t have a lot of great targets (this is a good thing) and should focus most of their efforts on purging urban county voter rolls of fraudulent registrations, while ensuring no stupid ideas make it onto ballots or into legislative chambers. All Republican nominees for the foreseeable future should carry all these states, and minority community outreach will continue to keep Democrats distant at the polls.

>Orange County also provides information on the number of ballots issued in the 2024 Election. This report (below) shows 2,186,561 ballots issued in the county. This includes vote-by-mail ballots and military and overseas ballots. This is 325,111 ballots more than the number of registered voters reported by the county in the first report above (1,861,450).

<How can Orange County send out over 325,000 more ballots than registered voters in the 2024 Election?

>Also, a comparison between the number of ballots counted versus the number of ballots received has a material discrepancy. The number of ballots counted is noted in the first chart above (1,417,397). However, according to Orange County’s own report, the number of ballots returned to the county is 1,108,281 ballots. This means 309,116 ballots were counted more than the number of ballots returned in the county.

>You may be wondering, if you’ve kept up with all previously completed reviews, why I am giving a small state Trump won by over 13 points its own review and not grouping it with adjacent blowout states like Missouri, South Dakota, or Nebraska. The answer is simple – because Iowa gives us the best insight into what should have occurred in Wisconsin, as the two have been closely linked for all modern political history. Anyone wishing to fully understand the intricacies of this year’s election in Wisconsin must first comprehend the carnage that ensued in Iowa to fully appreciate how much things went awry in the Badger State in terms of election integrity.

Top Election Integrity Counties (no order):

· Polk County

· Dallas County

· Scott County

· Johnson County

· Black Hawk County

Issues in Iowa:

· Voter ID – Iowa has identification laws, but they do not require photo ID, are not particularly strong, and can be worked around if someone is determined to thwart them.

· Same Day Registration – Same day registration is allowed in Iowa.

The two states had been just 8.8% apart on average in the two Trump races, and curiously, Trump had a clear majority of the vote in Wisconsin when the race was called for him, suggesting he should have won the state by at least 4 points.

>Like Pennsylvania and Michigan, detail from smaller counties (especially obvious when looking what happened in small Iowa counties) tells me ballot harvesting rings know exactly which registrations can be tabbed for a mail-in ballot request (561,616 mail ballots were counted this year in Wisconsin) and subsequently harvested over a lengthy return window:

Wisconsin needs some special attention.

There are several Republican states that haven’t backed a Democrat presidential nominee since 1964, but Minnesota is the longest standing “blue state,” and hasn’t backed a GOP presidential nominee since it went for Richard Nixon in 1972. · Same Day Registration – None of these states permit same day voter registration.

· Ballot Harvesting – All four states have reasonable laws discouraging ballot harvesting, and none have excessive absentee or mail-in balloting. Furthermore, the lack of densely populated urban areas in the region makes this practice less enticing for those who wish to manipulate elections.

· Ranked Choice Voting – Not present in any of these states.

· Automatic Voter Registration – None of these states operate AVR.

>None of these states hold bright statewide hopes for Democrat candidates, especially at the presidential level. They are far too socially conservative and rely far too heavily upon agriculture and energy production to change their stripes, and lack dominant urban areas to overwhelm the people of the land, as happens every election in Minnesota. The one electoral vote of the 17 on the table up for grabs is that allotted to NE-2. Republican Don Bacon, who is not highly regarded by most of the Trump base, holds that seat in the U.S. House, although he retained it by less than 2 points last month.

>Harris’s most notable plunge was in Bernalillo County, where she lagged Biden’s ballot count by 9,640, even though Trump had a very minor gain in his own right. The shift rightward in Bernalillo was 3.4% and highlights the likelihood that Biden’s 2020 ballot count was substantially enhanced by relaxed mail-in voting standards and ballot harvesting. The net two-cycle Democrat gain of 40,700 is suggestive of an enhanced ability to “bake in” the ballot count and ensure a total of ballots substantial enough to win statewide elections.

Opportunities for Election Manipulation

· Voter ID – No identification is required to vote in New Mexico.

· Same Day Registration – New Mexico permits same day voter registration.

· Ballot Harvesting – State law for returning ballots is restrictive, authorizing only caregivers or immediate family members to return them; however, precinct data from the largest counties, combined with an increase in mail-in balloting, suggests these guidelines are routinely violated.

· Automatic Voter Registration – New Mexico operates Automatic Voter Registration.

>Harris dropped 60,758 ballots from Biden’s 2020 count in Maricopa County; additionally, for the first election since 1944, the county certified fewer total ballots than the preceding election (2020 in this case). This is a surefire corroboration, especially given the continued high growth of Maricopa County, of analysis and claims suggesting that the 2020 election was a third world spectacle and cheat fest of epic proportions. Harris was down 89,283 from Biden statewide.

Overview:Bost v. Illinois State Board of Elections (Dkt. No. 24-568)

Sources:

https://www.americasfuture.net/americas-future-files-scotus-brief-to-restore-election-integrity/

https://www.americasfuture.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Americas-Future-Amicus-Brief-Illinois-Dec-2024.pdf

Background:

Petitioners:Congressman Michael J. Bost and two federal electors.

Respondents:Illinois State Board of Elections and its Executive Director.

Issue:Challenge to Illinois' "Ballot Receipt Deadline Statute" allowing ballots to be received and counted up to 14 days post-Election Day.

Legal Challenges:

Federal Law Violation:

Alleged violation of 2 U.S.C. § 7, which sets the national Election Day, arguing that Illinois law extends this unlawfully.

Constitutional Claims:

The statute purportedly infringes on First and Fourteenth Amendment rights by forcing candidates to extend campaign activities and expenditures beyond Election Day.

Vote Dilution:

The law is said to dilute legally cast votes, impacting the integrity of the electoral process.

Court Proceedings:

District Court:Ruled that the plaintiffs lacked standing, viewing their claims as generalized grievances rather than personal injuries.

Seventh Circuit:Affirmed the district court's dismissal on standing grounds (standing = status standi, position to bring a case to court), emphasizing that the alleged injuries were not sufficiently particularized or imminent.

Amicus Support:

Amici Curiae (friends of the court):

Including America's Future, Gun Owners of America, and others filed briefs supporting the petitioners, arguing for:

Standing:The need for candidates to spend money on post-election monitoring should confer standing.

Judicial Duty:Emphasis on the judiciary's role in ensuring election laws are consistent with federal statutes and the Constitution.

Shift in Standing Doctrine:Highlighting a perceived trend since 2020 of courts dismissing election challenges on overly strict standing criteria.

Key Points:

Post-Election Expenses:Candidates, like Bost, must divert resources for monitoring post-election ballot counting, which should be recognized as a particularized injury.

Circuit Split:The decision creates a conflict with other circuits that have recognized financial injury to candidates for standing purposes.

Precedent and Implications:The brief argues for revisiting standing (status standi) in election cases to prevent unchecked violation of election laws, potentially leading to a decline in election integrity.

Request for Supreme Court Action:

The amici urge the Supreme Court to reverse the Seventh Circuit's decision, asserting that the case merits review on constitutional grounds, not dismissal on standing.

Conclusion:

The case presents significant questions about election integrity, federalism, and the role of judicial oversight in election law. The amici argue for a judicial correction to ensure elections reflect legal and constitutional standards.

>· 236 of 254 (92.9%) counties shifted rightward in results by percentage margin. Harris’s gains by percentage margin qualify as statistical noise in roughly 15 counties with incredibly large GOP margins (such as those shifting left in the Texas Panhandle), and she has minor to modest percentage gains in suburban counties Waller, Johnson, Kaufman, and Ellis.

https://skeshel.substack.com/p/texas-2024-election-compendium

>Trump’s gains in heavily Hispanic counties are astounding, as indicated by the map above in South Texas. El Paso County shifted 20.1%, Maverick 27.9%, Webb 25.4%, Starr 21.0%, Hidalgo 19.9%, and Cameron 19.0% rightward. Those shifts were written about in great detail [link above] and are captured in shocking detail [picrel]:

Colorado

>38 of 64 counties (59.4%) in Colorado shifted to the Democrat left since 2020. Adams and Denver County in the Denver metro area, plus Boulder County, shifted slightly rightward; however, most of the county shifts to the left are in heavily Republican counties that are now being diluted by the practice of Automatic Voter Registration, which floods the voter rolls with non-affiliated registrants and thereby causes the advantage of the dominant party to dwindle, often suggesting an artificial transformation.

[Denver and Collar Counties]

>GOP statewide races have been further complicated by Democrats gaining ground outside metro Denver (through both organic and manipulative means). Most notably, Republicans are losing ground in El Paso County, which contains Colorado Springs and the surrounding metro area. That county has backed all but one GOP presidential nominee since 1940 (1964), and while Trump won it by 37,336 in 2024, Bush won it by 83,713 when he was the last GOP nominee to carry Colorado. Democrats are also making gains in affluent white counties in the western half of the state, while Republicans are maxed out in the eastern half:

[Denver Metro vs Rest of CO]

>Trump flipped Pueblo County, which also backed him in 2016, and continued to make major inroads with the Hispanic working-class in southern Colorado.

>Referencing the map above, Harris lagged Biden’s ballot count in 101 out of 123 counties in the region, including 7 counties in which she failed to match Hillary Clinton’s ballot count (Glacier County, Montana, is the most notable). As indicated in the Idaho-specific section of this report, Harris’s gains in small counties in eastern Idaho are likely due to a small Mormon coalition shift favoring Democrats.

>The party registration indicator went for 54 for 67 (80.6%) in accurately forecasting shift in results by percentage margin in Idaho and Wyoming.

The Top 5 Election Integrity Targets in the Upper Rockies are (in no order):

· Ada County, ID

· Canyon County, ID

· Gallatin County, MT

· Missoula County, MT

· Albany County, WY

Opportunities for Election Manipulation

Here is how these three states rank with regard to my most commonly assessed demerits.

· Voter ID – All three states have strong photo ID laws.

· Same Day Registration – All three of these states permit same day voter registration. In Wyoming, same day registration frequently results in more ballots being cast statewide than the state had registered voters prior to Election Day.

· Ballot Harvesting – These three states have weak ballot harvesting laws (Wyoming has none). Idaho and Montana have restrictions on who can return ballots, and how many, but as with other states, there seems to be no valid way to prevent unauthorized returns. The good news here is that these three states, aside from just a few cities, are devoid of population dense areas; however, harvesting on reservations is easy under current laws.

· Ranked Choice Voting – Not present in any of these states, and banned in Montana and Idaho.

· Automatic Voter Registration – None of these states operate AVR.

>Harris lagged Biden by just 1,665 ballots in Clark County, despite Trump’s gain of 62,122 over his 2020 count. It is clear the loose elections laws in Nevada have allowed its large counties to retain counterfeit ballots in great quantities. In Washoe County, Harris gained 1,943 ballots over Biden’s count; she gained 1,711 over Biden statewide, despite a Democrat drop-off in Arizona of 3.6%. Incorporating her decline in Arizona, Harris likely has at least 25,000 counterfeit ballots aiding her in Nevada, even when accepting the 2020 results as normal, which they most certainly were not.

>Referencing the map above, Harris lagged Biden in eight counties. If I am correct that there are at least 25,000 ballots over and above what her likely ballot count would be even baking in the 2020 results, then it should be clear given Jacky Rosen’s +24,059 margin over Purple Heart veteran Sam Brown that the U.S. Senate seat was the target with the presidential electoral votes out of reach. Rosen finally “won” her race on Election Day plus four after Clark and Washoe gushed out absentee ballots:

>Harris lagged Biden’s ballot count in 67 of 75 counties in the two states. She missed his count in Oregon by a whopping 99,783 (7.4%), and in Washington by an impressive 123,763 (5.2%). Unfortunately for Trump, he lagged his own 2020 totals in both states, which prevented margins from closing more than they did. With both states being universal mail-in balloting states, it is clear Harris didn’t benefit to the same extent Biden did from the industrial ballot harvesting machine, but there are likely mixed reasons for Trump’s underperformance. Those may include the defections of GOP voters to other states, voter apathy, or disposal of mailed ballots, which isn’t evident in this analysis, but certainly possible.

The Top 5 Election Integrity Targets in the Pacific Northwest are (in no order):

Here is how these two states rank with regard to my most commonly assessed demerits.

· Voter ID – Neither of these states enforce identification for voting.

· Same Day Registration – Washington, but not Oregon, permits same day voter registration.

· Ballot Harvesting – Ballot harvesting is fully legal without restriction in both Oregon and Washington.

· Excessive Mail-In Balloting – Both of these states operate universal mail-in balloting, which dispenses a ballot to every entry listed on the voter roll.

· Prolonged Counting – A hallmark of states with excessive mail-in balloting that fosters distrust of elections.

· Automatic Voter Registration – Both of these states operate AVR and have voter rolls filled with ineligible entries that receive mail-in ballots per state law.

This number is nearly equal to the total voter registration of Pinal County, Arizona’s third largest county, so it is no small issue that these have lingered on the rolls under the four-year run of the recently departed Stephen Richer, who did everything in his power to shield Maricopa County from election transparency both in the aftermath of the 2020 fiasco, and through the 2022 midterm race, which featured the infamous Lake-Hobbs race and its aftermath - a showcasing of Maricopa lies for a national audience.

>A net shift of 16 electoral votes favoring Harris completely negates the votes gained from winning one of Georgia or North Carolina, and almost cancels out Michigan’s vote count (15) exactly.

>The 8 Electoral Votes lost from California, New York, and Rhode Island would likely mean a loss of at least 6 Democrat congressmen, assuming California and New York would redraw lines to push out at least one GOP congressman to counter the adjustment. The addition of 8 Republican Electoral Votes would likely mean an increase of 8 GOP congressmen, since even Nevada’s Democrat legislature would find it difficult to hold on to more than the three seats they already control in close races.

https://skeshel.substack.com/p/census-director-abruptly-resigns

>The census results are clearly skewed to favor blue states, and the impact is dramatic, swinging guaranteed electoral votes in favor of Democrats by 12, and likely Republican ones (Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and Texas) by four more, for a total of 16.

>The balance of the U.S. House of Representatives is also upset by this political malfeasance and its disenfranchisement, affording Democrats either a safe path to a majority, or the ability to keep a hypothetical Republican majority at weak levels, as with the composition of the current U.S. House of Representatives.

>Based on dramatic movement to red states in the 1990s, and a slight slowdown reported in the 2000s, it appears manipulation of the electoral count began with the 2010 census, mainly impacting California, Texas, New York, and Florida, our four largest states.

>If it were possible to remove illegal aliens from the census count, and thereby the electoral count, the above findings would be even more dramatic, likely crippling the electoral backing of California, New York, Washington, Illinois, and New Jersey, while only minimally impacting Texas and Florida. The U.S. House would almost certainly always be Republican, and the Electoral College starting point for Republicans being around 200 votes.

>This happened under the noses of We The People for more than a decade, as elections laws and safeguards have been dismantled. We have violated one of the most fundamental of all American core beliefs by trusting our government to deal fairly and honestly in matters of political representation.

>Now we get into the artful combination of known and incontrovertible facts with highly suspicious assertions and the packaging of the two kinds of claims together, to form a narrative. Here are the never examined, and crucial, questions: do states pass election laws (knowing that they will be bent or broken) when those laws will be politically advantageous (or even crucial) for their pet political party? Is there ever any investigation of ballot-stuffing or electoral fraud schemes, or could there be? Would a Democratic election official or Secretary of State or Attorney General in a blue state ever launch an investigation to pursue allegations of electoral impropriety which benefitted their party? Would NPR or the New York Times ever pursue these stories? Can we find a pattern in electoral laws / results and start to draw conclusions about the real effects of certain laws? Most urgently, for me: has the media honestly dealt with these questions?

https://joehoft.com/the-election-solution-mandate-sox-like-control-reviews-to-force-elections-to-be-performed-like-in-italy/

>Italians must bring their “tessera elettorale,” a voter card issued by their municipality, along with a valid ID to their designated polling station, typically a local school closed for the occasion. Voting usually spans two days—Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday—to accommodate schedules. At the polling station, voters enter a classroom where booths are set up for privacy.

>Before voting, poll workers verify the voter’s identity, record their participation by marking the tessera elettorale and a ledger by hand, and retain the ID temporarily. Voters then use a special indelible pencil to mark their choice on a pre-printed, watermarked “scheda elettorale” (ballot paper), fold it to conceal the vote, and deposit it into a centrally placed cardboard ballot box visible to all.

>The voting process is designed for transparency and security. After marking their ballot in the booth, voters exit and place the folded ballot into the box themselves, ensuring no interference.

>We have evidence showing that these electronic voting systems have long been vulnerable to hackers, and open to exploitation to manipulate the results of votes cast. This further underscores the urgent need to bring about paper ballots nationwide, so voters can have faith in the integrity of our elections.
