When i was habitualy dissociated and in a PTSD state which I aggravated by listening to hypno e.g. 丨丂卂乃乇ㄥㄥ卂 togtether with drink & drugs, I somehow also got listening to a new age guru who was popular at the time & who also put his listeners in a trance state.

It took a while but over time i switched from listening to hypno while drunk & stoned and with a toy up my butt, to being sober watching YouTube videos by this new age guru. And then going to events he was speaking at & eventually to groups of his devotees and to silent retreats etc.

When it all played out I stopped listening to him, too, and realised joining a nondualist cult wasn't really the solution either. But it DID serve a purpose of getting me out of a psychic / spiritual crisis experienced through hypno & intox. And to experience derealisation sober (in a nondualist framework that actually encouraged it) and to experience energy shifting in a live enviornment (when the guru entered the room).

Now years on I don't listen to the guru any more but I don't listen to much hypno either, so it did work. Longterm getting into yoga (and away from new age religon) was what really got me reconnected with my body and out of my head / trauma-state.

The guru i was listening to was M-O-O-J-1. Do not recommend overall.

You'd be better off with Sam Harris apart from the TDS.
