There really aren't that many on the level of k@sha tbh. The only other hypnotist that I have clicked with was Lilithunleashed, but she decided to go AWOL and when she does release files, she makes the shitty bimbo stuff now. It's a damn shame.

I would still greatly appreciate any help with finding an artist as described in the first post.

Very important for me is that the artist has a collection of files with a focus on clear, few goals for the hypnotee, as opposed to seemingly new goals with every release. One of the topics i am looking for is long term training with brainwashing which produces noticeable results.

Their approach should be structured or organized in some way. This can simply be a predefined listening order or listening instructions that go into great detail.

I've listened to several of their recordings, and they're really dark. I wouldn't recommend their work under the "hypnosis" label; they're more like low-quality, homemade recordings.
