How to Past Life Regression:
• Set up
• Lie down somewhere quiet (10–20 min, no interruptions)
• Eyes closed, arms relaxed, phone on Do Not Disturb
• Decide your intention: “Show me the past life that’s most relevant to me right now.”
• Drop into the meditation
• Breathe slow and steady (in through nose, out through mouth)
• Relax your body in layers: face → neck → shoulders → chest → stomach → legs
• Let your thoughts get “fuzzy” instead of fighting them
• Build the hammock scene
• Visualize yourself lying in a hammock
• Feel the fabric holding your body and the slight pressure under your back
• Imagine the environment (wind, warmth, shade, ocean, etc.) but keep it simple
• Start the swing (the engine)
• Imagine the hammock swinging smoothly and fluidly
• Side to side, like a slow pendulum
• Focus on the sensation of:
• rising → floating at the top → falling through center → rising again
• Don’t “force” the swing—let it feel automatic and hypnotic
• Go until you hit the twilight state
• Keep swinging until you feel:
• body heavy / distant
• mind quiet but still awake
• time feels strange
• you’re in a dreamy “in-between” zone
• This is the target state (not asleep, not fully alert)
• Set the “snap trigger”
• Choose one side of the swing as your door (left or right)
• Each time you reach that peak, mentally say: “NOW.”
