You are not alone, I personally like Nina's TTS (I also like 亡丹卞呂工尺し & early MsJ files, which are like 1940's 78's compared to Nina's 1960's LP quality. Whith those 2, I'll often add a background track with rain etc to take the edge off them). I would always be glad & open to hearing such a cover if you make one. I prefer f. voices, but some male voices can work for me as well.
