I have an older uncle, in his late 50s/early 60s I think, that never listens to anything made by Americans as far as I knew.
I was helping him with some shit around his house a few weeks ago and he was listening to 90s rap, which surprised the hell out of me.
I asked about it and he basically told me those blacks used to make pretty good music back in the day, but not anymore.
