This tragic event happened because the person feared for their life due to a mob attacking his vehicle. All those that rushed the car, need to be arrested and charged for 3rd degree murder, not the driver. We need to reign in violent protestors, asap. Anyone masked, carrying a stick, sprays, rocks, cans, skateboards, helmets, should be arrested at a riot protest without the need for a crime to be committed.
