航空自衛隊を「航空宇宙自衛隊」に改編し、防衛副大臣を2人に増員する規定を盛り込んだ改正防衛省設置法など関連法が26日、参院本会議で可決、成立した。航空宇宙自衛隊は2026年度中に発足し、空将を指揮官とする宇宙領域の専門部隊「宇宙作戦集団」を新編成する。衛星を打ち上げ、宇宙の状況把握や監視能力の強化を進める。

関連法には、改正国家行政組織法、改正防衛省職員給与法、改正自衛隊法も含まれる。

防衛副大臣は今夏にも増員する。有事や大規模災害の発生に備えた危機管理の面で負担軽減を図る。同盟国、同志国との政務レベルでの防衛交流を拡充する狙いもある。

定員割れが続く自衛官確保に向けた処遇改善策として、退職後に支給する「若年定年退職者給付金」の水準を引き上げる。南西地域の防衛体制強化のため、沖縄県の那覇駐屯地を拠点とする陸上自衛隊第15旅団を師団に格上げする。

群馬県警は1日、同県太田市で1996年に4歳だった横山ゆかりちゃんが行方不明になった誘拐事件から7日で30年となるのを前に、情報提供を求める約20秒のショート動画を公開した。事件について伝える約4分の動画はこれまでもあったが、ショート動画は初めて。捜査幹部は「当時を知る人の記憶を呼び起こしたい」と期待を寄せる。

新たな動画は捜査員が編集した。重要参考人の男やゆかりちゃんの写真、身体特徴をまとめた。県警公式ユーチューブで公開するほか、7月末まではユーチューブの広告としても配信。主に茨城、栃木、群馬居住の利用者を対象に流れる。

県警は、情報提供を求めるポスターの新たなデザインも公開した。

SNSのインフルエンサーのアカウントを買い取り、フォロワーに副業を持ち掛けて現金をだまし取っていたとして男女計41人が逮捕された事件で、大阪府警特殊詐欺捜査課は1日、詐欺容疑で大阪市淀川区の会社役員、松村真吾容疑者（29）ら20～30代の男計13人を再逮捕した。府警は認否を明らかにしていない。

同課によると、松村容疑者は登記上、大阪市北区の会社代表で、ほかの12人は同社の関係者とみられる。

同社では、主に料理などに関して発信するインフルエンサーのアカウントを購入。購入後もなりすまして投稿を続け、情報商材を購入すればフォロワー数が増え、成果報酬型のインターネット広告「アフィリエイト」の副業収入が増えるとPR。現金をだまし取っていた。

松村容疑者ら13人の逮捕容疑は共謀し、この手口で昨年7月～今年3月までの間、静岡県や愛媛県などに住む30～40代の女性3人から、計約100万円をだまし取ったとしている。

同課によると、同社はなりすましたインフルエンサーのアカウント上で、「スタートして9カ月で550万円の収益達成」などと投稿。被害者3人をだました3つのアカウントは計約50万人のフォロワーがいたという。
