I postulated on here several times that California is where they wrote, tested, and perfected, (still perfecting), the election fraud.

The illegals don't even have to vote. The state registers them and controls their ballot from start to finish. They state don't even have to send them out. Just print them, store them and have them ready to ship in at 3 am Tuesday night.

This also adds to why there are so many driving accidents. The illegal doesn't have to pass a driving test, they get the license regardless because its about the ballot, not the drivers license.

暴力団の身分隠しSIMカード購入　詐欺容疑で「秋良連合会」会長ら逮捕

暴力団員であることを隠して携帯電話のSIMカードを不正に入手したとして、大阪府警捜査4課は14日、詐欺容疑で特定抗争指定暴力団山口組直系団体「秋良連合会」会長、金東力容疑者（70）＝韓国籍、大阪市浪速区浪速東＝と弟の裕司容疑者（64）＝韓国籍、住居不定＝を逮捕した。同課への取材で分かった。

逮捕容疑は共謀の上、昨年7月、大阪市内の携帯電話販売店で、金容疑者が使う目的を隠して裕司容疑者がSIMカード1枚を購入したとしている。認否は明らかにしていない。

府警は7月、暴力団員であるのにオンラインで競輪車券を購入したとして私電磁的記録不正作出・同供用容疑で両容疑者らを逮捕。捜査の過程で今回の事件への関与が浮上したという。

不同意性行罪で元警察官に懲役5年求刑、元住職は7年　レンタルルームで女子高生に暴行

青森県内のレンタルルームで2024年、女子高校生に性的暴行を加えたとして、不同意性交罪に問われた元青森県警機動隊警部補の佐々木淳被告（54）と元住職、水野良章被告（47）の公判が13日、青森地裁であり、検察側はそれぞれ懲役5年と同7年を求刑した。弁護側は「同意があった」と無罪を主張し、結審した。判決は10月29日。

水野被告は児童買春・ポルノ禁止法違反の罪にも問われている。

検察側は論告で、被害者は「（会うのは1人だと思っており）2人と分かっていたら会わなかった。脳がパニックになった」と証言しており、不同意の意思を示せなかったと指摘。「計画性が高く、2人で共謀して被害者を性欲のはけ口にする行為は卑劣だ」と非難した。

弁護側は現場の様子などから「同意をしない意思を表明するのは困難ではなかった」と述べた。

起訴状などによると両被告は24年11月20日、女子高校生に性的暴行を加えたとしている。水野被告は同日、同じ女子高校生とのわいせつな行為をスマートフォンで撮影したなどとされる。2人は当時、現職の警察官と住職だった。

「海外で稼げるよ」　特殊詐欺拠点に送る目的で女性を誘拐か　住吉会系組員の男を再逮捕

東京都内で知り合った女性を海外の特殊詐欺拠点に送る目的で誘拐したなどとして、警視庁特別捜査課は、所在国外移送目的誘拐などの疑いで、指定暴力団住吉会系組員の山尾輝斗被告（26）＝所在国外移送目的誘拐罪で起訴＝を再逮捕した。特捜課は認否を明らかにしていない。

逮捕容疑は何者かと共謀し、令和7年10月上旬ごろ、東京都墨田区で、都内に住む10代だった女性に「海外で稼げるよ。1週間で500万円稼いでいる子もいる」などと言い、荒川区の宿泊施設に誘拐した上で、女性をマレーシアに移送したとしている。

特捜課によると、女性は新宿区歌舞伎町の「トー横（東宝ビル横）」周辺で知り合った知人男性を通じて山尾容疑者を紹介され、詳しい仕事内容を知らないまま出国した。カンボジアやマレーシアの特殊詐欺拠点計4カ所で、「かけ子」をさせられたとみられる。今年7月にマレーシアの日本大使館に駆け込み、事件が発覚した。

山尾容疑者は国内でかけ子を集めるリクルーター役だったとみられ、これまでに男女4人を海外に移送する目的で誘拐した容疑などで警視庁に4回逮捕された。

US Space Force, Japan launch sensor to bolster space surveillance above Indo-Pacific

米宇宙軍と日本がインド太平洋上空の宇宙監視を強化するためセンサーを打ち上げ

米宇宙軍の宇宙領域認識（SDA）ペイロードが8月10日、日本の準天頂衛星7号（QZS-7）に搭載され、打ち上げに成功した。これにより、米国のセンサーを日本の航行衛星に搭載する二国間協力事業が完了した。

米国のペイロードは種子島宇宙センターから日本のH3ロケットで打ち上げられた。最近の発表によると、これは準天頂衛星システム搭載ペイロード計画における2番目にして最後のセンサーであり、米国と日本の間で初めてとなる国家安全保障宇宙協力事業である。

この新しいペイロードは、宇宙監視ネットワーク（SSN）にほぼリアルタイムのデータを提供し、インド太平洋上空の静止軌道における活動に関する米宇宙軍の理解を深める。静止軌道は高度約2万2000マイル（約3万5000キロメートル）に位置し、衛星が地球の自転と同期して同じ場所の上空に留まる軌道である。

戦闘部隊司令部のミッション・デルタ2は、軌道上の物体を識別・追跡し、運用者が潜在的な脅威や機会を把握できるよう支援するために、このセンサーを運用します。

日本の鎌倉にある三菱電機が製造したQZS-7は、主に日本とその周辺地域のGPS信号を補強する衛星群の一部です。

マサチューセッツ工科大学リンカーン研究所は、このプログラム向けに米国のペイロード2基を設計・製造しました。宇宙軍と研究所のチームは、日本のパートナーと2年間協力し、2基目のセンサーをホスト衛星に統合・試験しました。

「QZS-7の打ち上げ成功は、日米同盟の揺るぎない強さと急速な近代化を力強く証明するものです」と、宇宙軍の宇宙戦闘力担当ポートフォリオ調達責任者であるブライオン・マクレーン大佐はプレスリリースで述べています。

「宇宙近代化と衛星通信における能力の融合を継続することで、我々は競争の激しい宇宙領域における安全保障を維持し、インド太平洋地域における共通の抑止力を強化しています」と、マクレーン大佐は続けました。

ミッション・デルタ2の副司令官であるジーナ・ピーターソン大佐は、このプログラムは宇宙軍が同等の敵対国からの脅威に対処し、「深宇宙における物体の探知、理解、および管理を維持するための強靭な能力」を構築するのに役立つと述べた。

最初のセンサーは2025年2月にQZS-6に搭載されて打ち上げられた。ミッション・デルタ2は、コロラド州にあるマルチミッション宇​​宙作戦センター／エンタープライズ指揮統制シュリーバー基地を通じて、両方のペイロードを運用する。

War crime murder accused Ben Roberts-Smith has criticised successive governments for failing Afghanistan veterans in a speech at a Queensland Vietnam Veterans Day service.

Embattled Victoria Cross recipient Ben Roberts-Smith has used a Vietnam Veterans Day address to take a swipe at the federal government, claiming Australia is repeating historical mistakes by abandoning its modern veterans.

Speaking to a supportive crowd of about 500 people in Hervey Bay - just months after his arrest on five counts of war crime murder - the former SAS corporal drew direct parallels between the historic mistreatment of Vietnam veterans and the government’s current handling of Afghanistan War personnel.

Despite facing allegations that he took part in the execution of unarmed detainees between 2009 and 2012, Mr Roberts-Smith was greeted with rousing applause, lined up for photos with attendees, and vowed to “keep fighting” to clear his name ahead of his next court appearance on September 1.

Mr Roberts-Smith said in his address successive governments and bureaucrats were letting down those who fought in Afghanistan, repeating the mistakes of the past treatment of Vietnam veterans.

“Too many were met with silence, misunderstanding or indifference,” he said.

Australians had since “corrected” this and showed overwhelming support for Vietnam Veterans, but “recent successive governments and bureaucrats” have not learnt this lesson in regard to veterans who fought in the Afghanistan War, which Australia was involved in from 2001 to 2021.

Mr Roberts-Smith has always maintained his innocence, and despite the disturbing nature of the charges against him, Tuesday’s crowd showed strong support, with many veterans, the families of veterans, and other members of the public queueing for a photo with him.

Hervey Bay RSL Memorial Club president Ray Eustace said the guest appearance had been kept quiet for fear of unwanted attention.

“I think it’s a disgrace he’s now been charged with all this,” Mr Eustace said.

Women from the Partners of Veterans Association spoke about their steadfast support for Mr Roberts-Smith after getting a photo with him.

Members of the group described his speech as very “apt” and said the way he was being treated was how their husbands were treated when they returned home from the Vietnam War.

Mr Roberts-Smith attended the event with his partner, PR and marketing executive Sarah Matulin, who said it was honour to be at the event and that “everyone was being super supportive”.

Mr Roberts-Smith told media the day “was totally about Vietnam Veterans day” and that he did not want to talk about his “situation”.

However, he did say he was “extremely grateful” for the support he had from “all corners of Australia”.

“I will keep fighting until this situation is resolved and my name is cleared,” he said.

Mr Roberts-Smith is due back in court on September 1, to continue fighting allegations he took part in the killing of five unarmed men while deployed in Afghanistan between 2009 and 2012.

‘Get real’: Complainant’s emotional outburst during Alan Jones trial

A former staffer to Alan Jones has reacted angrily in court after being asked repeatedly if he had fabricated his claims that the then-broadcaster indecently assaulted him.

Complainant “C” faced further cross-examination in the NSW Local Court on Tuesday by Jones’ barrister, Gabrielle Bashir, SC, about texts and other messages he had sent the former 2GB host after he alleges Jones had kissed and touched him without his consent.

Asked about an effusive thank-you letter he penned the broadcaster after Jones gave “C” and his wife a wedding gift, the complainant said: “Alan was still a very, very powerful person in our industry. He was, dare I say it, more powerful than [fellow broadcaster] Ray Hadley.

“I hate reading these messages because it’s not how I felt. But it’s how I felt I needed to respond to him.”

Bashir suggested “C” hated reading his messages to Jones because they exposed his allegations as fabrications.

“No, because I don’t like the references to him talking about my c*ck … I don’t like hearing a bloke, 40 years older, writing to a straight guy, wanting to play with his penis. Get real,” “C” burst out.

“Sorry,” he said. “You will never find another message to any person in my life where I talk to anyone like this.”

Bashir asked Judge Glenn Walsh to order “C” to respond to the question. Walsh refused.

“No, these are sensitive matters where he’s been asked 16 times if he lied about being touched on the penis,” Walsh said.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX rocket towed to Christmas Island

Christmas Island locals have become accustomed to seeing unexpected maritime arrivals over the years, but nothing quite like this.

On Tuesday morning, Elon Musk’s latest SpaceX rocket was slowly towed into one of the island’s protected bays after being retrieved as part of a complex salvage operation.

The rocket, named Ship 40, had been floating in the Indian Ocean since late July after it performed a better-than-expected splashdown after a test flight and did not sink as anticipated.

Mr Musk announced on X on July 29 that a ship had been sent to recover the rocket, and since then keen-eyed space nerds have been following the mission’s progress.

The sight of the spaceship crawling towards Christmas Island has swiftly become the talk of the small island community.

David Watchorn, the owner of a local dive store and the chair of the Christmas Island Tourism Association, took his boat out to get a closer look at the rocket and snapped images of the spacecraft bobbing in the sheltered waters about a kilometre from shore.

“It’s been pretty exciting, everyone’s headed down to the cliff edge to take photos,” he said.

Ship 40 is a prototype of the reusable rockets SpaceX is pioneering, and which would dramatically lower launch costs. It was not originally expected to be recovered, but the rocket outperformed expectations as it re-entered the atmosphere and made its splashdown in the Indian Ocean.

Earlier this month, SpaceX said its team was still working to recover the starship from the ocean.

Just how long the rocket will stay at Christmas Island, where it will head to next, and how it will get there is unclear at this stage.

The recovery vessels had been towing the rocket at a speed of just one knot. Sailing at that speed all the way back to the US would take more than a year.

Interestingly, Christmas Island was once flagged as the site for a Russian-backed commercial space­port. But that plan was abandoned in 2002 amid sovereignty and national security concerns.

Australia’s richest woman Gina Rinehart, meanwhile, has invested more than $1.4bn in SpaceX and has previously raised the prospect of the company using remote islands on the Great Barrier Reef as launch sites for its rockets.

Mr Watchorn is hopeful the rocket’s arrival will help boost the international profile of Christmas Island and give the remote island a small place in the history of space travel. “It’s definitely a different kind of arrival, it’s a great one and probably puts us on a world stage,” he said.

“This rocket will be in a museum in 100 years time and everyone will look at it – this is the test flight of something quite revolutionary”.

He said that if Mr Musk – the world’s richest man with an estimated net worth of $US895bn ($1.26 trillion) – wanted to come and see his rocket, Christmas Island had plenty of natural wonders on offer to help make the trip worthwhile for him.
