Q's answer to the "Are we alone?" question, is confirmation of the existence of programs outside of the public domain. Releases of legitimate videos of unexplained physics-breaking aerial craft or "biblical" aerial phenomena prove we're in for an out-of-this-world treat when the time is right.

Proving UFOs, extraterrestrials and (unacknowledged) Special Access Programs are real is similar to proving the deep state is real. The buildup of many coincidences and softer proofs like notable high ranking officials saying weird or cryptic things (POTUS, Juncker, Hellyer, Medvedev, etc), having documents and archives revealed, or seeing (and feeling!) unexplained lights, orbs, or experiences. For us, cryptic Q crumbs help. This prevents mental conflict among people that are not ready for this truth but provides those that are awakened with confirmation, similar to how Q operates.

These are some very exciting times we are in. We have had hearings, whistleblowers, events, anomalies, orbs, incursions, invasions, leadership changes, developments, declassification task forces, new information released through FOIA requests and old information re-examined, and are seeing more and more disclosures in the media and all over, worldwide. The Pentagon is further declassifying its uSAP's and the Senate is demanding more files on UFOs and more hearings and transparency.

By comparing official documents and ways government organizations react to UFO/ET question and various "insider" information, you can paint a clearer picture.

Seek and you shall find. In time, any confusion should clear up as more facts get out. Always use your own discernment - trust yourself. If you have something to contribute, try not to spam your info, make sure it's at least logically sound, reasonable and backed with the facts/coincidences.

Georgia Governor Signs Bill Suspending State Gas Tax For 60 Days

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed a bill on March 20 suspending the state’s gasoline tax for 60 days, the first such move taken by a U.S. state since the U.S.–Israeli war with Iran began in late February.

The legislation, dubbed HB 1199, will temporarily suspend Georgia’s fuel taxes—33.3 cents per gallon on gasoline and 37.3 cents per gallon on diesel—for 60 days, which took effect immediately after Kemp’s approval.

The governor signed a separate bill into law on the same day, authorizing a one-time special income tax rebate of up to $250 for single filers, $375 for heads of households, and $500 for couples, according to a statement.

Eligible taxpayers in Georgia could receive the tax rebate within six to eight weeks, according to the Georgia Department of Revenue.

“Hardworking Georgians know best how to spend their money, not the government,” Kemp said in the statement announcing his approval of the two bills.

“That’s why I’m proud to sign these bills and, along with the General Assembly, deliver meaningful tax relief on top of the other measures we’ve taken in recent years,” the governor added.

Georgia’s lieutenant governor, Burt Jones, said in a separate statement that the legislation would deliver nearly $1.2 billion in state income tax refunds to taxpayers.

“The two bills signed today provide significant and immediate tax relief and further our commitment to be good stewards of taxpayer dollars,” Jones said in the statement.

'Out Of Africa': Beijing Slashes Investment Up To 85%

For more than a decade, China’s footprint across Africa has expanded at a phenomenal pace.

Railways in Kenya, ports in Tanzania, energy projects across sub-Saharan Africa, and militarized infrastructure in various places have meant billions in state-backed loans. For decades, Beijing has positioned itself as Africa’s largest trading partner and its most aggressive infrastructure financier.

But something has changed.

In some sectors, such as energy lending by Chinese development finance institutions, investment levels have fallen by as much as 85 percent from their peak years. That’s not a rounding error, that’s a strategic retreat.

What’s really going on? Is China walking away from Africa? Or is Africa revealing something deeper about China’s own economic stress?

It’s all of the above and more.

The Pullback Is Real—and Sharp

According to research cited by the Clean Air Task Force, Chinese development finance for African energy projects has declined roughly 85 percent since 2015. That’s a dramatic contraction in capital deployment.

Separate reporting based on data from Boston University’s Global Development Policy Center shows that Chinese lending to Africa has fallen sharply in recent years. In some reports, China’s investment fell nearly 46 percent year over year in 2024.

This isn’t just a pause. It’s a reset.

For years, Beijing fueled infrastructure growth across the continent through state-backed loans tied to its Belt and Road Initiative expansion. Now, the tap isn’t fully off, but it’s not flowing as freely as it used to.

South Africa Expresses 'Heartfelt Gratitude' For Putin Returning 17 Citizens Trapped In Warzone

BRICS allies Russia and South Africa are taking steps to heal tensions related to the Ukraine war and allegations that groups of South African men were 'lured' to fight on behalf of Moscow.

Last December, a Reuters investigation documented that South Africans were being recruited into the Russian armed forces under false pretenses. People were allegedly promised high-level jobs and elite training in Russia, only to find out they unwittingly joined the Russian military, and eventually found themselves fighting in Ukraine soon after documents were hastily signed. In these cases the implication is that these South African individuals are in desperate financial straits.

The South African government had first confirmed in November its officials had received "distress calls" from 17 men who were trapped on the front line in Ukraine's Donbas, after in some instances having mistakenly joined mercenary groups.

The Reuters report had said young men were offered training programs in Russia which would lead to high paying jobs like personal security protection. But instead they were given low-level positions like trench-diggers or tasked with hauling ammo or high risk logistical endeavors - all while "dodging bullets" according to the report.

But the saga is coming to a close and with some diplomatic healing as Russia has promptly returned the 17 men. South Africa's Cyril Ramaphosa on Tuesday issued a statement of "heartfelt gratitude" to President Vladimir Putin for resolving the issue quickly.

"President Ramaphosa has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to President Vladimir Putin, who responded positively to his call to support the process of returning the men home," the presidency said in a statement.

The charges? Unlawful detention, transferring Lumumba to his doom in breakaway Katanga (where he was shot, chopped up, and dissolved in acid), and denying him a fair trial. No direct murder rap — just “indirect” involvement. The guy was basically a 27-year-old intern shuffling papers!

But here’s the real bombshell the mainstream media will scream about: The United States of America — under President Dwight D. Eisenhower himself — gave the explicit order to take Lumumba out!

Declassified docs and eyewitness testimony from NSC meetings confirm it: In August 1960, Ike straight-up said “Lumumba must be eliminated.” CIA Director Allen Dulles got the memo, wired station chief Larry Devlin that “the removal of Lumumba is an urgent priority,” and the agency even cooked up poisoned toothpaste to do the job (yes, really — Sidney Gottlieb’s poison plot).

Lumumba, a Castro fanboy and Soviet darling who wanted to turn Congo into Africa’s Cuba, was arming up with Russian planes and trucks. Washington saw a communist domino about to fall in the heart of Africa — and acted.

Belgians and CIA-backed Mobutu handled the dirty work on the ground, but the kill order came from the top in Washington. Eisenhower’s “green light” set the whole chain in motion.

While the world debates escorts, New Delhi is moving tonnage through Chabahar—the Iranian port it developed—and the INSTC corridor through the Caspian .

The alternative route:

• Mumbai → Chabahar (by sea)

• Chabahar → Bandar Abbas (by rail) or across Caspian

• Bandar Abbas → Russia → Europe (by road/rail)

The math:

• 40% less time and 30% lower cost than Suez route

• Bypasses Hormuz entirely

• Connects India to Central Asia, Russia, Europe

The message:

Washington talks about reopening the Strait. New Delhi is already sailing past it.
