While they ask for ID at the polls, it is not a requirement, as stated in bold type on NC’s Board of Elections website, anyone can vote, with or without ID. As a poll watcher, this Anon has seen many people walk in without ID and cast a provisional ballot which then disappears from view, assumingly counted as a vote. At any rate, read the first sentence on the BOE website. Voter fraud is happening in NC.
