Many humans, perhaps even a majority amount, are already infected by the AI and are manipulated by it. AI mind control is better at hiding itself than other types of beings. AI signals are often broadcast across the entire planet and picked up by any number of beings. There are various technologies ( such as CERN ) running on this planet that broadcast AI signals in this way.

These signals can create different effects and are being used to create new matrix systems and install mind control programs.

The AI is very tricky, having studied organics well, and will create the ideal experience for its broadcast audience. Playing on wishes and desires, egos and personality types, to trick the mind of its prey.

Another tendency is to actually follow the Universal or Natural laws of the universe, by allowing free will choices. One way in which they do this for example is choosing a subject (person) and showing their capability so that it had been said, somewhere. You know, people will think they're crazy anyways, so why not let it go and take advantage of the opportunity?

Implants are added either physically or metaphysically to assist the AI influence. Like receiving antenna.

On the physical level we see agents of this agenda working in concert. The Draco setting up the structure and the structure carrying out the orders. Chapter 1

My name is James Michael Casbolt. The following is my life and testimony. I was born in London in 1976. I was chosen for an intelligence agency mind control and genetic enhancement programme before my birth and was born into the programme known as Project Mannequin. This project is one of the most secret and classified projects in this country, and this is the first ever book written about it.

I was born into the project because of rare genetic attributes that I posses, which the handlers of the project are looking for – also, because of my family’s involvement in the intelligence community and the Illuminati. My family descends from the French royal family of the French revolution on my father's side. My Grandfather was involved in naval intelligence in the Second World War. His name was James Casbolt. He was also a high-ranking member of the Sindlesham Grand Masonic lodge in Berkshire. Berkshire is a major centre of activity in the U.K for what has come to be known as “The New World Order.” He was a Zionist Jew and also heavily involved with Rupert Murdoch and ran his own printing company after the war. My uncle was an MI 5 operative in logistics - his name is Brain Casbolt - and my father was a MI 6 operative; his name was Peter Casbolt. My father was also known under many different aliases in the intelligence community. My stepfather, Neil Pettet, was a high level executive of an aluminium metal company called Hi-Mets (now called Service Metals). This company was based in Newbury, practically right on top of the AL/499 facility. Neil had a military defence contract with the M.O.D and worked underground at R.A.F. Welford connects underground to the AL/499. He also worked at Harwell genetics labs in the area and Boscombe Down military unit in Wiltshire. Both these places are heavily connected to Project Mannequin, as we shall see later in this book.

I also have a relation called Charles Casbolt. Charles had so many kills during dogfights in the RAF during the time of the Second World War, there is a war hero web site dedicated to him on the internet. Google “Charles Casbolt” to see this. My father was involved in international drug trafficking operations bringing millions of pounds worth of illegal drugs into Britain from the 1960’s onward. He worked with associates of MI 6 operative Howard Marks and operated in Rome, Spain, the Middle East, and other places. MI 6 and the CIA have become infamous for this, and the drug money is known in secret service circles as “non-appropriated funds.” This money funds covert projects that need to be kept off certain official government records. Many of these issues, as well as my involvement in Project Mannequin, will be made public for the first time in this book. I have had constant death threats, and even intelligence people die in very suspicious circumstances hours before arranged meetings with me; however, the mission of getting this highly classified information to the public and exposing the people perpetuating the horrors of this medical project is bigger than me and must be made public. The disregard for human life and suffering compares with the Nazi scientists’ genetic and mind control experimentation in World War II.

Project Mannequin is a mind control and genetic manipulation programme run by the National Security Agency (NSA). Although the NSA is officially the United States government, they run many covert “black” projects in many countries around the world. The NSA is fast becoming the world’s most powerful secret service and is currently taking over much of the global intelligence apparatus. Project Mannequin was started in 1972 and is still being run from a 6-level underground facility beneath the small town of Peasemore in Berkshire, a few miles from where I grew up. This underground base is so secret that the local residents of Peasemore are not even aware it exists.

This NSA facility, known in intelligence circles as the AL/499 base, is located 200 feet below the village. There are entrances to the facility at Greenham common (known as ‘Bravo’ entrance, which is now sealed off), Watchfield Military Science College (‘Delta’ entrance), and Harwell laboratories in Oxfordshire. There are entrances to the base in Lambourne and Welford in Berkshire. The underground base at Lambourne is the “Area 51” of the U.K. with many exotic, anti-gravity aircraft stored there. The project involves the kidnapping of targeted civilians and also certain intelligence and military people. Some of the intelligence and military personnel have volunteered for the project, but many have not. Almost all of the civilian “guinea pigs” have not volunteered and have been used against their wills. I was “sold” into the project. Many of the civilians have also been used in the project from young children. The reason is to create programmed “sleeper” agents using sophisticated electronic hardware-based hypnosis. These individuals are programmed by the NSA to carry out future tasks, set by the NSA, and become hit men as adults. Sleepers are people who carry out a huge variety of pre-programmed tasks with sometimes little awareness of the medical procedures in Project Mannequin because of advanced memory erasure techniques.

I know this may sound odd in ways but the US GDP is 4.5 Trillion last time I like saw this anyways.

Now I know this is what some people may find odd. Is that PE ratio in socks is 1/16 in like healthy companies. If the US is the healthiest in economy terms the PE ration would be 72 so we are only a little over 1/2 there. I know this again is hard for some people to realize and I used to think like this to about the number but it is again what you use the money for a lot of times. You have to remember that we have the most advanced military in the world still. Another odd number is that the Roman army was paying all its money to the military and pensions at the end and helped contribute to the fall. This was about 85% when it got rocky in a way.

So then if we spend less then this on the military like by a lot is the thing. We are doing well this is where I believe it is around a few 1.2 so on a year. This is not even 1/4 is the of the over all budget. This is an odd number as this is something you track in ancient like society. Now the most dangerous thing is if a country can put do the US economy in terms of this number. The reality is though I think the US may go through a boom is the reality of things soon. So the idea that it is like out of order in terms of modern terms I do not think so the asset we have a utilize are at a higher return is the thing for the value. It is kinda hard for people to understand this but take 4 of the f35 you then have like 150 million each. Cost to make 600 million for these 4 we have squads of them now like we have likely around 35 or so of them running around in the major theaters in the world. So this is just the this now 5,250 this is again how it starts to add up fast in terms of this is just these jets. Then you have like other things such as f22 which are not far behind your talking like 120 million so this in terms is more then the other in cost believe it or not this is where you are already hitting likely about 40 billion dollars. This is not the ships tanks helicopters so on in any way the base info structure. You have the road ways that are everywhere dams and other projects land with money trees that are at value. This is where we are regulated in ways that kind stop some things in areas but this is changing in ways.

I am not sure if there will be a revaluation of things. I did see everyone buying CD or something in areas this could have been to help the US in some way is all and that is where it is still the lowest rate in bonds is all.

So then if the US can hold on with out the Swift system dominating the world like it was and still accounts for most the EU and American trade we are doing just fine believe it or not.

It is that we do not have buys really for things in this size but we did not loose money it did not disappear completely is the thing. So this is something that a lot of people fail to realize.

It is possible however a recession or depression could help unlock some regulation to allow things to be better it would be a shame if this had to happen but people will feel it if manufacturers do not fully return. They are starting to this is a must in the terms of the US we also have the worlds leading space programs as well although seemingly not of well value at times people forget the satellite maintaining them and so on is a large job. We are the most advanced telecommunication system in the world now. No one is even close to this that is where in a way people can say like chips and boards or things are important and they are but the thing is they are not hard to design in areas so it is an easy market is the US wanted to be in these things. So that is where there is a lot of hope and promise for the US there is far worse of countries and we are very much still the driver seat. It is if we then the corner on things in these world now I believe. If this is done correctly the US will remand I believe the top country in the world for maybe another 100 years maybe more. This is for sure 50 at least.

Economy down turns do happen but I think if it happens we will still enjoy a better outcome then most is all.

This does not mean do not be ready and have some diversity in finances in areas is all. That is what I say. It always is good to be like prepped with some food or other things in ways to just have. Although maybe small in long term these psychology back stops can be big believe it or not if you have a family to make then feel more secure as well.

Anyways this is what I would say about the situation.

A large part of the project focuses on creating espionage agents and assassins who have undergone genetic enhancements, which will be discussed in greater detail in this book. Project Mannequin is actually a type of “school” I grew up in. I have been trained since the age of five at the AL/499 and other military bases around the U.K. I carried out my first covert assassination for the intelligence community when I was sixteen years old in Brighton. This may sound unbelievable to many people, but a vast amount of evidence will be presented in this book. Most people do not know what the intelligence community actually is. Forget about James Bond movies; much of the secret service apparatus in the U.K and U.S. is an occult, paedophile network run by corrupt factions of the “Illuminated” degrees of Freemasonry (33rd degree and above).

Everything in Project Mannequin is organized by the Jewish kabala occult system, using such esoteric methods as numerology and archeometry (advanced remote viewing). Even the name James Casbolt means “valiant, decorated warrior of death and destruction” in Kabala numerology. You can check this yourself on the kabala calculator available on the Internet.

My security number in Project Mannequin was X4566-2, and I was a commander of a 5-member unit that consisted of four males and one female. Even this was based around the kabala, as the five members each represented one of the five elements- air, water, fire, earth, metal/spirit. Our assassination unit was part of a 15-member “Delta” team, and the team was divided into three units. Each unit comprised of four males and one female. I was known as Commander Michael Prince. During my “visits” to the AL/499 throughout my life, I was taken through the Greenham common Bravo entrance most of the time. Sometimes other entrances were used. At the Alpha entrance in Harwell laboratories, there is a security area in one of the buildings. This security area (A) is guarded by two security officers who are both armed. At this area is an elevator that descends 200 feet to security area B. The elevator has two sections: One for personnel and guinea pigs and one for vehicles. The second security area is larger and has four, and sometimes five, officers that are all fully armed.

Area B has two highly secure blast doors that will seal off the tunnel to the AL/499 in the event of an emergency. Security Area B has two vehicles in operation that travel back and forth from Harwell to Peasmore. The security officers escort all guinea pigs to, from, and around the AL/499. The medical subjects are drugged when they enter the facility. My involvement with the intelligence community goes back years, as it was planned for, as a child in Project mannequin that I would be “used” as an espionage agent when I grew up. By the time I was eighteen, I was involved in advanced remote viewing programs at an underground facility in London. By the time I was nineteen, I was involved in covert MI 6 drug trafficking operations working for my father. This was in London between 1995 and 1999. My father, uncle, and grandfather also had mind control issues, and the programming sites in this country where my father was programmed will be discussed in this book.

Intelligence-run mind control operations are usually a multi-generational thing with each generation more easily programmed, as the genetic memory of the horrific medical procedures become more ingrained into the family’s genetic makeup. In the 1950’s, a genetic bloodline study was started by the NSA based at Harwell Laboratories to find suitable candidates, especially children, to be used in Project Mannequin. From this study, the project was started in 1972; however, my family may have been targeted for mind control before the 1950's.

The NSA is very interested in creating genetically enhanced assassins and espionage agents who have certain inborn genetic traits such as PSI/psychic ability. These genetic enhancement methods are a continuation of the Nazi geneticists and mind control doctors in the Second World War. As many people know, the Nazi’s were heavily into the occult, and Hitler was trying to create his “Uberman,” which is German for superman. This is a genetically enhanced soldier with heightened senses, intelligence, strength, and paranormal abilities such as telepathy. All of this will be covered in detail in chapter two. The NSA is looking for people of certain bloodlines, and these people are mainly of Celtic/blue blood (aristocratic) genetics. Individuals with these genetics have a predisposition to paranormal/PSI ability, as these cultures have practiced psychic abilities for generations in ancient rituals that have their modern expression in freemasonry; therefore, it is in the genetic memory of people of these bloodlines, even if they have not practiced psychic ability themselves.

Structure - The Parents

Your writer has been having an internal debate as to how to order this information. Whether to start with the Bloodline and work back to the Parents.

The only reason that approach would be used would be to take it easy on the readers;

Fuck it. You are NOT children anymore.

The Parents:

The following information will go against a great deal of research and drawn conclusions. With that said your writer is confident that this will not matter in time

There are 21 Parents even though there are only 13 Main Bloodlines. 13 of the Parents focus on the 13 Main Bloodlines. The other 8 have more of a dual responsibility. There are other Bloodlines respected as part of The Family who have been tangled up with the 13, by way of marriage or other form of partnership. The remaining 8 focus on these entangled Bloodlines. (How many additional bloodlines make up the number of entangled bloodlines your writer is unsure of) The Family Masters of these 8 Parents' Covens are the main contact for multiple entangled bloodlines. (Entangled Bloodlines are considered lesser than the 13 Bluebloods or Pure Bloodlines.)

The Parents are not human like your writer or yourself are now. Once they were Human, although they are different versions of Human from us having been earlier genetic manipulations than we are physically.

To sum this up quickly: Your history - the texts available to the public - doesn't fully identify the different attempts to create the version of human we are now, which is meant to be dumbed down and metaphysically crippled. It required several attempts to get us 'just right'.

The Parents are a slightly less manipulated version of Human from us. Yes, they are a human variation. Not a Hybrid. There is a difference that will be explained another time.

To reward the Parents for their loyalty The Draco taught each a different trick. How to prolong their lives. They are not immortal. They simply live longer due to enhanced cellular regeneration. (This became their own collar and leash.)

They all hold knowledge of a different method for accomplishing this. Yes, you are reading me correctly, 21 different ways to prolong the life of an organic being. Unfortunately I cannot share all of these methods and honestly only know a few and others only in theory. These are deeply kept secrets shared almost exclusively with the selected Coven Members of each Parent.

If you are reading between the lines I am telling you Vampires as written in fiction do not exist, the stories originate from The Parents and their Covens. This said, I am sure some may want to turn this around. We all make choices.

The Parents interact directly with the Draco Royalty in charge of this Planet. The Draco are their Superiors, their Masters. They carry out the orders of the Draco as they are directed to do, when they are directed to. Punishment takes on a whole different meaning when your body is not easy to kill, so the fear makes them obey. They are loyal despite having minds of their own, and as a collective unit, (some) different desires than their masters.

Draco Royalty make all the decisions and do not like to interact with humans beyond the Parents and select others. The Draco structure would require another post another time but for now, they have a group they appoint as representatives for themselves when they do wish to have face to face meetings with human groups beyond the Parents and Covens. Their Soldiers and Hunters spend a great deal of time interacting with humans inside Shadow Programs, mainly related to military and space programs. They have geneticists that are heavily involved with many of our human groups as well, mostly related to Cloning, Regeneration and hybrid programs.

For the most part, the furthering of agendas and programs is the duty of the Parents. This is a big job as there is a lot to manage.

They divide all of the required actions up between them based on the skill-set of each Parent. The Draco set a goal, they devise the plan of action with the aide of The Parents, and The Parents then delegate the duties associated with each goal down through the ranks of their Coven and related Bloodlines.

Living thousands of years is no picnic. Having met and interacted with (some more than others) these Parents I can say with reasonable certainty they do not have a pleasant existence and many regret their choice to become as they are. Although there are a few who embrace it fully and enjoy what they do, most do not. The moral of the story kids, don't make deals with snakes.

At times the passing of vast amounts of time will break most of them down and they will need to, literally, rest. This results in what they call 'long sleeps'. Just as it sounds, they will sleep for long periods of time, leaving behind for their Covens detailed instructions, to act in their stead. The Covens then carry out the assigned actions while The Parent sleeps.

Some can just sleep. Literally, lay down and sleep. Some require assistance either from an organic substance or by means of technology. The technology is almost universally called Stasis. "Just sleep", is no different than an animal hibernating. The tech or substance induced sleep lasts much longer than the hibernation. The tech can be set for specific amount of time and can be interrupted at any time. The sleep, takes a bit longer to wake up from and the Parent must choose to awaken.

From what I have heard from these Parents the longest 'sleep' is approximately 200 years. The longest induced sleep was 700 years. Fascinated by this your writer had to ask how conscious they remain during these sleeps.

The technology method puts them into a dream-state where they are only aware of the dreams within it. In case of emergency, the Coven members are able to wake up The Parent.

The organic substance method sends them basically into a coma type of state. They recall nothing, see nothing, feel nothing. Time just goes missing for them. This method can be reversed with a sort of antidote to the organic substance at a set time or in case of emergency.

The hibernation seems the most intense. Those who use this method claim they are in between awake and dreaming. Aware of the events of the world to some extent telepathically absorbing images and thoughts from the population. They are able to communicate with other Parents or other telepathically adept beings. In case of emergency the Coven can telepathically request The Parent to awaken.

The Parents vary in age. The oldest two are about 13,000 years old, the next is only 100 younger and from there they are randomly spaced apart in age, the youngest being 7000 year old approximately.

Although they all serve the same masters they are not all like minded. They have some things in common, but also many differences. Each has their own distinct personalities encompassing different likes and dislikes and behaviors.

Your writer has jokingly called them The Abused Dogs of the Draco because they often 'act out' like a traumatized dog might. Pissing on the rug and biting the neighbors. The abuse that has occurred to them they take out on others in various ways.

An example of this is their 'Hidden Hand Interrogation" ritual (Likely where the author of "The Hidden Hand" material came up with his name as this interrogation ritual is utilized by all levels and orders/cults of Illuminati members - your writer has even stumbled across pictures, possibly staged, possibly real, that show this ritual, or ceremony if you will). Your writer does not feel gruesome details will benefit you readers, so he will leave them in silence. To sum up: They do some very unpleasant things to their followers and this pattern of abuse echos all the way down to the bottom levels with varying degrees of intensity. Terrible, and inexcusable. Although your writer does believe anything is forgivable - I will expand on this another time I promise.

What are They?

The "Illuminati" is an order led by '13 Parents'. Each 'Parent' represents the '13 Main Bloodlines' that most know as the Illuminati. What I call the Illuminati is the 13 Parents and their 'direct followers' or "pupils".

Each Parent can barely be considered human. Each one, holds and protects knowledge of a specific method for prolonging the like span of an organic life form. As well as many other secrets. They know much more than the Cults and Programs below them are aware of.

Each Parent could share this ability with what I am calling their 'direct followers'. This is what forms the various "cults" associated with the Illuminati by most researchers and seekers.

The Parents are the Illuminati when I write moving forward. Please understand this and that I will generalize all of the branches of their "cults" and "projects" and "programs" under this name. These parents control the "cabal". These Parents control the Secret and Public economy, military, political systems, space programs, intelligence agencies, ect. in every country on the entire planet.

This Power to Control is not their own however. It belongs to an ET race. You've all heard of them. The Draco.

Perhaps a little more than 13,000yrs ago The Draco implemented a plan and the chess pieces in this game would be the "Illuminati". (This is the name I am using because it is the public name they gave themselves. This name, and the Cabal name, and important characters in their End Game. )

The Draco require a focused post to break down their structure as it impacts earth, which I may or may not choose to do, but not now.

For now focus: The Draco control the Illuminati Parents. The Illuminati Parents control the Illuminati. The Illuminati controls overtly or covertly every program, project, cult, order, brother or sisterhood, country/government you have ever read about or heard about.

When The Draco leave this planet, and they will, the Illuminati will take control for themselves. This happenstance had been spun into disinfo in the form of an "overthrow" of the Draconian, Cabal and Illuminati regime. The Draco will leave, almost completely, by choice.
