Bureau of Land Management Approves First-Ever AI Data Center on Public Lands
By cutting the public out of the process, they’re trying to hand over Nevada’s desert to billion-dollar tech companies without anyone getting a say. If this isn’t challenged, it won’t stop in Boulder City—it will become the blueprint for data centers across public lands in the West.
A little over a year ago, on July 23, 2025, President Donald Trump signed an Executive Order announcing that “my Administration will utilize federally owned land and resources for the expeditious and orderly development of data centers.”
And indeed, just last month, on June 26, 2026, the Trump administration approved the first-ever commercial AI data center on public land.
The Townsite Data Center would be located on 88.5 acres of federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Eldorado Valley. It would sit within the city limits of Boulder City, Nevada, a historic community of fewer than 15,000 people southeast of Las Vegas, often referred to as the “gateway to the Hoover Dam.”
The facility would draw as much as 167 megawatts of electricity—more than Boulder City itself consumes—and place two warehouse-scale buildings, parking lots, an electrical substation, battery storage, backup generators, powerlines, and a brand new road in the middle of desert tortoise habitat.
And yet, Bruce Sillitoe, the BLM’s Las Vegas Field Office Manager, approved the AI data center in June without preparing a new environmental assessment or soliciting any public comment.
Instead, the agency relied on a prior analysis conducted for a completely different proposal: a solar-energy and battery-storage project called Townsite Solar 2, which was first proposed by the same Houston-based company that now wants to build a data center there instead.
The maps below, obtained from the BLM’s Plan of Development, show the location of the proposed Townsite Data Center relative to Las Vegas and Lake Mead, and Boulder City. “Development of data center and AI infrastructure is a top priority [of] the United States Government,” the Plan of Development says.
The BLM’s decision has turned an otherwise obscure federal right-of-way approval into a test of how far the Trump administration may actually go to accelerate America’s artificial-intelligence boom—and whether public lands and environmental law will become collateral damage as a result.
In a Decision Record and a Determination of NEPA Adequacy, both published on June 26, the agency concluded that “[t]he new proposed action is substantially the same as the original proposed action analyzed in the existing environmental document.”
Officials cited similarities in acreage, boundaries, construction duration, and the general dimensions of the facilities.
In other words, the BLM—on the record—claims that an AI data center is essentially the same as a solar farm.
In this explanation of their decision, a screenshot from the Decision Record, the BLM argues that the new proposed AI data center “is substantially the same” as the original proposed solar farm because it “is within the same analysis area.”

Former Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox recently dropped his bid for the Republican candidate for governor. The highly unpopular Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is the likely Democratic candidate running for governor after being term-limited as Secretary of State.
Jocelyn Benson, who the Gateway Pundit frequently refers to as “America’s most dishonest Secretary of State,” is familiar with lawsuits. Benson has been involved in 69 election-related lawsuits during her time as Secretary of State. That is more than the combined total of the previous four Secretaries of State.
In addition to fighting an onslaught of election integrity-related lawsuits during her corrupt reign as Michigan’s top election official, it looks like she is about to be defending herself in yet another lawsuit. This time, Benson will potentially have to explain her role as a board member of the Southern Poverty Law Center during the same time the group has been accused in a federal lawsuit of paying hate groups like the KKK.
According to a federal indictment unsealed in April 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice charged the Southern Poverty Law Center with wire fraud, false statements, and related offenses.
Prosecutors allege the following:
Between roughly 2014 and 2023, the SPLC paid more than $3 million (later described in some reports as over $4 million) in donor funds to individuals associated with extremist groups, including the Ku Klux Klan, United Klans of America, National Alliance, National Socialist Movement, and others.
These payments went to informants the SPLC used to infiltrate or gather information on the groups.
The indictment claims some of the money was used by the recipients for group-related activities, including (according to prosecutors) recruiting members and purchasing materials such as Klan robes and items used in cross-burning ceremonies.
Prosecutors further allege the SPLC did not disclose these payments to donors and instead raised money on the premise that it was working to dismantle the very groups it was funding through informants.

DOJ Uncovers $350 Million In Alleged Fraud
The charges span seven states in 17 different cases and involve SNAP benefits, Small Business Administration loans, housing benefits and tax fraud, officials told the Caller. The DOJ is expected to announce the cases Thursday alongside state partners in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina, which helped uncover the fraud.
Going forward, the seven states have agreed to data-sharing agreements with the division that will give the DOJ access to “publicly available corporate registration and public benefits payment data held by these state agencies,” according to information shared with the Caller. Officials expect the data to help the department identify fraud patterns across businesses.
“Defeating the fraud epidemic in our country requires all-hands-on-deck from our federal and state partners nationwide,” Assistant Attorney General Colin M. McDonald of the National Fraud Enforcement Division told the Caller in a statement.
“Whether it’s sharing intelligence, data, personnel, or priorities, partnering with state agencies directly strengthens our ability to identify those stealing taxpayer dollars. When federal prosecutors work alongside state agencies to root out fraud, fraudsters lose and the American people win,” he continued.
The cases across the state include a fraud scheme that cost $11.5 million, the Caller learned. Mississippi is accusing Lakeith Faulkner, an attorney and an employee of the Small Business Administration (SBA), of devising a kickback scheme with co-conspirators, including a former IRS employee, to generate millions in fraudulent loan payments by the SBA, according to information shared with the Caller.
In a North Carolina case announced Thursday, eight individuals were allegedly conspiring to prepare false returns claiming fraudulent refunds based on COVID-19 tax credits, causing nearly $25 million in losses, the Caller learned.
A Louisiana case uncovered two individuals who allegedly made $174 million in fraudulent claims to Medicare for medically unnecessary cancer genetic testing and cardiovascular genetic testing, the information provided to the Caller shows.
In Florida, a former manager of the Tallahassee Housing Authority used tenets Personally Identifiable Information to fraudulently obtain half a million dollars in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development rent subsidies, the Caller learned.
Another major case announced Thursday included an individual who allegedly committed $70 million in tax fraud, according to the information shared with the Caller.
Prior to the announcement, the DOJ convened a roundtable with its southeastern partners to discuss their fraud efforts. The roundtable brought together 18 U.S. Attorneys Offices, seven State Attorneys General Offices, five federal law enforcement partners and over 50 state officials.
Uncovering fraud has become a focus of the Trump administration. In the spring, the White House recently launched an Anti-Fraud Task Force, led by Vice President J.D. Vance. The Department of Justice also added McDonald as an assistant attorney general dedicated to rooting out fraud across the country.
The focus has been largely inspired by YouTuber Nick Shirley, who exposed nearly a dozen Somali-run daycare centers in Minnesota that were not actually providing services.
The administration has continued to try to work with states across the country to help uncover fraud and protect “the taxpayer dollars.”
In May, Vance traveled to Maine for his first ever fraud-related event.
“But here’s the thing, my friends, because you all work hard, because you all pay your taxes, because you do things the right way, it is time to have leadership in Washington that treats you the right way and protects those hard earned tax dollars,” Vance told attendees.

Conflict Expands to Egypt with Drone Strike on Suez Tanker
Egypt said on Thursday morning there has been no claim of responsibility for the Damietta attack
The United States on Wednesday night launched another round of heavy airstrikes against Iran, which apparently sought to widen the war by attacking an Egyptian port with a kamikaze drone.
U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said Wednesday night’s strikes were “in response to yesterday’s attempted missile attacks on U.S. forces.”
Iran continued launching attacks against its neighbors on Wednesday and Thursday, including an attack on a Chinese-owned building in Kuwait that killed one person, and another five ballistic missiles lobbed at Jordan.
The Kuwaiti military vowed to take “all necessary measures” to defend against “heinous Iranian aggression.”
That aggression apparently widened to Egypt on Wednesday, as an unidentified drone struck two ships at the port of Damietta near the Suez Canal, starting fires on board.
Reuters quoted “sources familiar with the incident” who said the primary target of the attack appears to have been a floating storage and regasification (FSRU) tanker called the Energos Winter, a ship flagged to the Marshall Islands but owned by an American firm called Energos Infrastructure.
The fire reportedly began aboard Energos Winter after it was struck by a “projectile” on its starboard side, and then spread to a neighboring ship, the Greek-owned liquified natural gas (LNG) tanker Gaslog Salem.
Egyptian officials said the fires were quickly extinguished, no casualties or severe damage was reported, and the port of Damietta has resumed operating at normal capacity after a brief partial shutdown overnight.

Cyberattack Wipes Out Entire Nations Land Registry
Hacker Erase All Legal Title - Was This a Warm Up For The Great Taking?
Recently, Romania’s entire land registry—and every backup—was erased in what we are told was a cyberattack.
Overnight, the system ceased to exist. Every property and every acre of land was suddenly open to dispute. Who owned what? With the records gone, property could no longer be bought or sold. Ownership could not be proven, except by those who had retained physical copies of their deeds.
That is the precise form of ownership they have spent the past century eliminating—not only with land and real estate, but with stocks and bonds. This is how the Great Taking was constructed.
Stocks and bonds were dematerialized, paper certificates were removed, and ownership was centralized at Central Securities Depositories like the DTCC. During that transition, citizens quietly had their full legal ownership revoked.
Their stocks, bonds and the assets in their retirement accounts were converted into a “security entitlement”—an inferior form of possession that allows those assets to be pledged as collateral for the massive derivatives complex and ultimately taken by the too big to fail banks.
Now comes the push to tokenize everything: land, real estate, physical property, financial assets and even human identity. An entirely digital mark of the beast system in which assets are no longer owned through possession, but through tokens held on a blockchain. Meaning in an instant, it can all be frozen, transferred, or taken.
Sound crazy?
It is already happening. This year, the DTCC—the same institution at the centre of the dematerialized securities system—has begun to tokenize bonds and ETFs. Meanwhile, Larry Fink openly promises that every asset will be tokenized. And so will you.
At the same time, the World Economic Forum continues threatening us that a major worldwide cyberattack is coming—one capable of freezing the entire system.

Ukrainian Drones Hit 2 More Wildberries Warehouses in Russia

Ukrainian drones struck logistics facilities operated by Russia’s largest online retailer, Wildberries, in the Penza region and the Republic of Udmurtia overnight between Wednesday and Thursday, causing fires and disrupting the company’s operations.
The Moscow Times, citing Russian regional officials and Wildberries, said one person was injured in the Penza attack, while no casualties were reported in Udmurtia.
Warehouse in Penza catches fire
Penza Region Governor Oleg Melnichenko said a Wildberries warehouse came under a drone attack during the night.
“According to preliminary information, one person was injured, and about 200 employees were evacuated,” Melnichenko said, adding that firefighters were battling a blaze at the site.
Wildberries said it had temporarily suspended receiving and shipping goods from the damaged logistics center while rerouting deliveries through other facilities.
The warehouse, located near western Russia’s Penza, serves the country’s Volga Federal District and currently covers about 90,000 square meters (969,000 square feet).
The company had planned to expand the complex to 180,000 square meters (around 44 acres).
Second logistics hub targeted in Udmurtia
Authorities in Russia’s Republic of Udmurtia, located west of the Ural Mountains, also reported a drone strike on what acting regional head Olga Abramova described as “one of the enterprises” in the region.
Wildberries later confirmed that the targeted facility was its logistics center in the city of Sarapul.
The company said a fire broke out after the strike but that employees had been evacuated before the attack, preventing casualties.
The Sarapul logistics center spans over 50,000 square meters (538,000 square feet).
The latest strikes follow a series of Ukrainian drone attacks targeting Wildberries infrastructure.
Earlier this week, Reuters reported that the Russian government was considering financial support for the retailer after previous Ukrainian strikes damaged at least seven Wildberries warehouses, destroying around 10% of the company’s storage capacity and disrupting operations for thousands of businesses using the platform.
Ukraine has previously said Wildberries was targeted because of its role in supporting Russia’s military logistics and its partnership with the state-controlled bank VTB, which has been sanctioned by Western countries.
On Wednesday, Ukraine launched another wave of drone strikes deep inside Russia, hitting a Wildberries logistics hub and a major oil refinery in Ryazan.
Wildberries later confirmed it had evacuated staff from the facility and restricted access following the strike.
“Goods stored at the warehouse have been temporarily removed from sale,” the company said in a notice to sellers.
