Dan Cooper has said that Eisenhower ordered the first U.S. attack on the alleged Grey/Draconian underground facility at Dulce, New Mexico.
In one published transcript, Cooper describes Eisenhower sending what he calls a U.S. Army contingent to fight at the Dulce facility and characterizes it as an early “Battle of Dulce.”
He claims the human force suffered extremely heavy losses ~ he gives a roughly 30-to-1 loss ratio in that telling.
There is also an older repost of Cooper’s account that is even more explicit. It says Eisenhower allegedly “ordered the first attack” on the Grey base at Dulce, knowing the force would probably lose, partly to learn about the adversary and test U.S. capabilities against them.
That account places the operation within a larger Cooper narrative in which Eisenhower secretly opposed a covert power structure and established counter-groups such as what Cooper calls “Ike’s Force.”
Where 1954 fits
In the version you’ve been discussing, 1954 is the important date.
Cooper’s story effectively reverses the more familiar UFO narrative about Eisenhower that year: instead of Eisenhower signing a cooperative treaty with Greys, Cooper says Eisenhower was actively opposing them and ordered the Dulce operation.
A recent transcript of your own discussion of Cooper’s testimony records exactly that distinction: the alleged Dulce attack is placed in 1954, the same year Eisenhower is commonly alleged in other UFO literature to have entered the so-called Greada/Grey treaty.
There are no witnesses, documents, death bed confessions, or freedom of Information Act release validating this Greada treaty ever took place, yet it goes viral and is still being spread.
William Cooper said he was mislead. Many have said it was MJ-12 and originated much earlier.
Time to quit spreading this nonsense when Eisenhower worked with Val Thor and created the White hats and other countermeasures.
