Whenever I see sarah silverman in a movie, I immediately stop the movie. I cannot watch anything with her in it.
I used to kinda like her, but then in 2016 she spoke at the DNC, and she was SO RUDE and self-righteous, and she was MEAN to the Bernie supporters. I didn't even support Bernie (but did like him better than Killary...), but sarah was SUCH a BITCH that I am repulsed when I see her in movies now.
It's become a reflex. When I see her, my reflexive response is to stop watching. I cannot see her as a "character" anymore, I only see the self-righteous bitch I saw at the DNC. I cannot separate her from her hateful politics. And I won't give her royalties. So I immediately stop watching anything that has her in it.
I used to like Bob's Burgers, but I won't watch that anymore because she's one of the voices on the show.
I just started watching a movie on netflix, and within the first 5 minutes, she showed up as a character, and I stopped watching and won't start it again because I won't watch any movie with her in it.
And, let's be real, her "sarah silverman" "character" was just her pretending to be mentally retarded. THAT's how she rose to "fame".
There are a handful of actors and actresses who have done or said things so repugnant that I cannot tolerate seeing them in movies or shows anymore, and she is one of them.
Hollywood needs to stop casting has-been hacks and politically inflammatory bigots. Find new talent that hasn't corrupted themselves yet, and dump the talentless trash.
