The child porn and pedophile stuff online is probably all just FBI/law enforcement honeypots, which is obvious. No intelligent person would go near cp content.
Let's be honest, the governments have more than enough resources to remove all of the cp, but it continues to circulate in cyberspace, to serve as honeypots to get gullible people into serious legal trouble. The Feds literally can see and control everything happening online; how can they not be able to remove the cp? They allow this heinous evil to exist, as honeypots to catch people. It simple as that.
